Absolutely loved this place. Walked in and was helped right away. Angel took her time and made sure everything was perfect with my nails and Tracy did my pedicure and did an amazing job. They are the best and so sweet! Will definitely come back again
Very disappointed! Over priced, and there is no quality of service. $60 for a regular Mani/Pedi. A rush service with cuticle left on the nail beds of my hands and feet, just polished over. I had to ask twice for my toe nails to be filed. I had to come home and buff my own heels as they were left rougher than when I went in. Zero massage, lotion on and lotion off in less than a minute. Such a waste of money!
It was weird.
They asked me (loudly) to pay less then half way through my nails. Then again, loudly, what my tip for him would be. Which was beyond uncomfortable.
I tipped ten dollars.
However he did an absolutely amazing job on my nails and is a nice tech. BUT if they hadn’t asked me to pay mid appointment I would’ve tipped more given his performance and service.
Asking to tip mid service makes it so no one will tip you your actual worth. He did a great job and I would’ve given 15/20 dollars tip for his work. But they asked mid service, loudly, and aggressively making me not want to tip at all and frankly not want to come back again.
If that one thing had changed, I’d be back and be tipping more and asking for a specific tech.
But they made me highly uncomfortable and I won’t be returning.
It was my first time here and I have FINALLY FOUND a nail shop in Lancaster that I love!! Tracy was very meticulous and cares about her work. I love my nails and I will be back!!
Loved the way my nails came out. Angel does an awesome job with designs and is very friendly!!! Highly recommend her!!
1) They rushed us

3) They had me pay before I have even started getting my nails done
4) They started to do my mothers nails before telling them what we wanted.
5) Do not know how to shape nails. Ours were suppose to be squoval.
6) Looked like we needed a fill after one day
7) Went back to fix nails, little better but were rude
8) Now lifting after one week.
9) Use two different size nails for different index fingers
10) This was the ugliest set of nails I have ever had.
Do not waste your money here. I paid 50.00 each set.
Love this place! They don't always have someone to do the most intricate designs as they’re busy at times, so book an appointment! However, their shapes and polishing are always amazing. The color selection is also great. Ryan (acrylics) and Angle (acrylics and pedicure) I'd highly recommend as they always do mine. The staff are kind and professional as well as the service and interior are of a high standard.
I was a walk-in client. Ryan did a GORGEOUS job on my nails. I had torn them down to the quick and he made me a set of acrylics that are incredibly natural. For only $35.
