If I could give 0 stars for my customer service experience this morning, I would! I booked an appointment for 2 pedicures and arrived 3 minutes early. No one greeted us as we walked in. The man asked what we were there for and if we had appointments. He had a look of disgust and appeared overwhelmed. I had a 3rd person with me to get service. It’s is ok if the schedule doesn’t allow you to service her but the rudeness and attitudes were very unnecessary and unprofessional. I will NEVER spend another dime at this establishment, and you shouldn’t either.
Pam and her staff + other customers were so welcoming and kind. One of her crew members even delivered us a warm danish while we sat for our pedicures + had a charger for our cell phone. Highly recommend! Thank you Pam.

IF YOU DNT PAY ATTENTION UR NAILS WILL B TOO THICK & TOO BIG OVER LAPPING UR REAL FINGERNAIL. THE NAIL IS SUPPOSE TO ONLY COVER THE REAL NAIL- I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE THE COFFEE CUT AS I ASKED! BASIC
Absolutely great service. Beautiful nails! Pam is great. I had to come back in to fix a few nails that weren't smooth and had no problems getting them fixed. Very nice and accomidating! Highly recommend this nail salon.

Previously had an acrylic big toe went here for a whole new set, the pedi guy left the previous acrylic on my toe and painted over it!!!!! Also was rushed even with an appointment I made! Favoritism if they know you as a client, wouldn’t recommend if a new customer! My manicure was rushed too! then as I was waiting for my toes to dry the lady tries to throw on polish over my nails after she filed them and sent me over to get my pedi so she could start on her other known client! Had an attitude after I told her I want gel polish!
When i tell you this place has the best employees i mean it . they care about how they do your nails .. Best place in newport .. Real down to earth they care about their customers .. We will always come here
