Me and my daughter went in there about 7pm I was a little nervous because it was close to closing. At first it seemed like they was going to rush, but turned out they did a AMAZING job the man was kind and the took their time and did a very neat clean job on both of us! Will definitely go back and become a regular customer 5 star
1. My nails were put on crooked.
2. He started, put on my tips, and left me. Another tech came in and was going to pick up where he left off... But he called her away.
3. I waited awhile, then he comes and puts on the acrylic. Then he walks away again.
4Then I wait almost an hour ... I got frustrated from waiting and upset because of the placement of the nails with no corrections... I got up... Paid what I owed and left with my nails half done.
5. I will not be back!
I love them...the ladies are super nice and Kenny does such an amazing job on my nails EVERYTIME!!!...

I never do this but I just spent 2 and a half hours in this store for crooked nails , uneven sides and different shapes . I barley have a Pinky toe nail where they did my feet . And don’t even get me started on the $250 they charged me which im pretty sure he pocketed. These people was rough and rude. I do not recommend at ALL .
This was my 1st time going and I'm so glad I did 1st off I do not like being rushed when choosing my nail color my space and time was honored and they were so helpful, just that right there told me about themselves integrity and empathy are very important to me. I was making my very 1st move to BG and for that and giving me terrific service because I'm handicapped I have only 5 nails to do my left hand I'd lost in a medical misdiagnosis so, with what I've had exceptional work done by the The both of them very good team eitk amongst them. Through out my life and im 51 now I've learned never leave an establishment upset, talk and communicate things out especially the 2 I had think they were the owners they might of have a bad day and had me there well past 8pm they didn't di that fir any moral obligations they did it because that's true customsr care like it used be20 yrs ago traditions of respect need to come back om business community. Very pleased after writing thi made me realize I'm due for a fill and pedicure / those chairs were do amazing they'd let my 14yr old sit beside me an feel and experience what I was
