Called before going in to make sure they had appropriate time for a sns dip and my friend to get a pedicure they said sure come on in. Keyli starts doing my nails (who is a sweet heart by the way and had nothing to do with this) she gets me soaking well two other people walk in that I guess the “owner” (lady who constantly has phone in her pocket) knows. They stated they did not have appointments to the whole room, the owner then makes keyli get up from doing my nails and leaves me soaking in acetone for 15/20 minutes I sat there and had to wait for the lady that was doing my friends pedicure to start on my nails, who then proceeded to cut my cuticles and leave powder all over my hands. She did such a bad job I left and paid for another salon to fix them. Horrible customer service.
I would give this place zero stars if I could. I went for a fill in and wasn’t satisfied with my nails. They were clumpy, lopsided and way too thick. The woman then called my nails ugly and hard to work with, which was her excuse for a bad job. I asked her for a refund and she said the policy was no refunds. I asked to see this policy because it wasn’t posted ANYWHERE in the salon. The woman proceeded to pull a piece of paper out of a drawer with said “policy” on it. After going back and forth, I gave up on trying to get a refund. I then asked for my receipt, as I paid $40 for these nails, and the woman said she couldn’t give me a receipt. All of the workers then went to sit down and proceeded to call the police on me. She refused to give me a receipt until the cops came. I am extremely disappointed with my experience in this highly unprofessional salon. I will not be back EVER and I will continue to let my peers know about my experience and advise them to not waste their time or money at this salon.
I came here with my mom and two sisters. Our father had just passed two days prior and we were getting our nails done as a way to decompress before going to the funeral. The nail tech asked why we were all getting black polish, to which we explained that we were getting ready to go to our dad’s funeral. She asked what happened and I explained the details of his passing. The nail tech, a very strange intrusive woman, then asked “Are you not sad?” Woman. This was my DAD. Do you really expect me to not be sad? Did you want me to start sobbing in the middle of the salon for you? Not to mention she tried to pressure my sisters and I into getting some sort of in D expensive Volcano Pedicure, after we had just explained to her of my dad’s passing. She did a terrible job, the polish was messy and she stared at me with a judgmental look the whole time. My sisters said the tech did the same thing to them. She also called me a wimp when I told her the hot stones were too hot. Definitely will not be coming back.
My daughter just left here getting her nails done for a full set with only polish no design or anything they charged her 50.00 and she said the whole time there was a lady who stared at her and made her very uncomfortable, she also said the lady doing her nails was also having to switch between her and another person whom they only charged her 30.00 for the same exact thing. You will never get my money ever again I do not recommend this place at all. Spend your money elsewhere.
Went as a walk in. I was greeted promptly and they were able to take care of me right away. Very pleasant experience. The lady who did my nails was very friendly and she did a great job.
I usually go here for pedicures only. I wanted to get my nails done and decided to go to this salon. I was apprehensive going back due to the fact they have a person who works there that just stares at you and ask weird questions. I used to do pedicure with her till she cut me foot three times and the manager was there and saw it. Nothing was said or done. When it comes to nails. They have no selection of colors and they want to substitute colors they have with what you want. I love Lilly everyone else is really questionable. The worker that stares at you will tell you the amount like she wants to know if you can afford it. She is the reason I really don't like this nail salon. The manager know she's this way as well. It need a change.
I was greeted promptly as a walk-in but then sat with just the tips glued on for almost an hour before I was rushed to a very rough edged finish. I’m disappointed with the uneven gel polish and the dried acrylic caked to my fingers, and they are crooked. Also they never had me wash my hands the whole time I was helped. Unsanitary for sure. Re-used nail tools and files without cleaning. List goes on and on. I will not return.
There should be an option for no stars ( cops were called). I went with my friend to this nail salon while she was getting an acrylic set done. My friend spoke up on how all of her nails were crooked and lumpy. The workers then offered to fix it for her but my friend refused because she had lost her trust in them doing her nails. Why would she want the same nail salon to fix the nails they could not execute in the first place? My friend then asks for a refund. The workers "claimed" to have a policy that states there is no refund on the service that was done on my friend. I then ask to see where the policy is posted resulting in finding out the "policy" is NO WHERE visible to paying customers. The workers then pulled out a "policy" from a drawer. Again the "policy" was NOT visible. The "policy" states that there is no refund for a POLISH. No where on the policy does it say that there is no refund for a poorly done service. The workers then proceed to ignore us when we ask for the manager and a reciept. While waiting for a reciept back they call the cops on us. Cops showed up and diffused the situation because of how ridiculous the report was. We recieved the reciept and left respectfully. I will never give this business my service and will continue to advise all of my friends, family, and acquaintances to never step foot in this salon. On top of everything they have an odd worker who pesters you non stop if you say no to wanting a pedicure. Very poor business and surprisingly is still up and running.
