Definitely would not recommend this salon.
When the appointment was made we were told there was no charge to remove a little bit of gel polish.... more on that...
They were rude to my friend during her pedicure.
I asked at least a half dozen time for 2 toe Separators because if I don't get 2 per foot my polish gets smudged (which happened on 2 toes)
They don't take no for an answer. We both told them multiple times we didn't want no chip on our toes.
How many times do you need to say no?
Nails were done a bit sloppy but when it takes 2 hours we can't really sit there any longer.
Then they tell me mine will cost more. There is in fact a charge to remove the gel. Not all places charge for this and I know it was only $5 but the person who said she is the one who answers the phone was really rude and pretty much called us liars and said she would have said that.
So rude... sloppy nails... and took way too long. Don't ever go here!!
First of all, Vicky was absolutely amazing and she was so funny and sweet. She made me feel comfortable the whole time and has a contagious laugh. My nails are perfect now and she smoothed out the thin part of my nail where is dips inwards. Thank you so much again!
I used to love this salon, but after today’s experience I’m sad to say I will not be returning nor recommending to anyone going forward. The technician I had was awfully rude and rough with my hands. She kept scoffing at me all throughout the appointment. And when she was finally done many of my nails came out lopsided and lack luster. Also, when I was getting my pedicure done I asked before she even started my manicure if I could get no-chip instead of dip polish on my hands and they informed me there was a $5 charge for changing your mind… Save yourself the trouble and please go somewhere else!
Favorite nail salon by far, ask for Vicky or Jenny, they’re amazing!!!!! Nails always come out perfect if they do it.
I came in for a no-chip mani and a regular pedicure, and I already had no-chip on my nails, so one of the other workers came over to soak my nails while another did my pedicure, so it was nice to not have to wait the extra time. The lady who was working on my nails was very considerate and made sure I was comfortable instead of making me twist every which way. Polish has lasted and still looks good almost 2 weeks later. They had a variety of colors, and my nails were shaped exactly how I wanted.
The employees here are top notch. They are amazingly skilled and gentle. This was our first experience their and we will continue to go there as our primary Nail salon
I LOVE this place! Cindy is the owner and she is always friendly and professional. The entire staff is well skilled, and offers good recommendations. They are not pushy when it comes to add on services but they do let you know what your options are. I love to see Lilly for manicures pedicures and eyebrows but I have seen several other technicians and they all do an amazing job. This is the only place I trust with my eyebrows. A basic pedicure is very reasonably priced, but the Green Tea pedicure is a must for when you have the ability to do a little extra. The message chairs are comfortable and they always offer beverages like bottled water, tea, or pop.
DK is always my go-to nail place, so I decided to go here with my bridesmaids before my wedding. Kathy was extremely accommodating to our party and closed the salon just for us. Everyone loved the services they received, including myself! Thank you DK for taking care of us and doing an amazing job!
