Quick Facts About Dream Nails

Dream Nails Place has both strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided. Let's analyze them below:
Strengths:
1. Efficient and Friendly Service: Multiple comments mentioned that the staff at Dream Nails Place were friendly and provided quick service. Customers appreciated the professionalism and helpfulness of the technicians. 2. Clean and Sanitized Environment: One comment emphasized the salon's cleanliness, organization, and sanitization measures, which is essential for ensuring the safety and hygiene of customers. 3. Wide Range of Color Options and Nail Art: A positive comment mentioned that Dream Nails Place offers a wide variety of colors to choose from and has gorgeous nail art designs available, allowing customers to have numerous options for their nail treatments. 4. Affordable Pricing (in comparison): Despite one comment stating that the prices were steep, another mentioned that the prices were reasonable. It is important to note that affordability is subjective and varies from person to person.
Weaknesses:
1. Pricing Complaints: One customer expressed disappointment with the pricing, stating that it was high compared to what they were accustomed to paying for nail services. This suggests that some customers may find the prices at Dream Nails Place to be too expensive. 2. Inconsistent Service Quality: Multiple negative comments described subpar experiences at Dream Nails Place. Complaints included rough filing, negligently glued nails, unsatisfactory nail results, and a lack of attention to detail. These comments indicate that there may be a lack of consistency in the quality of service provided by the technicians. 3. Lack of Additional Services: One customer complained about the absence of cuticle care during their nail service. They had to pay an extra fee for it, which was not made clear at the beginning. This suggests that Dream Nails Place may not always provide comprehensive nail services for the prices they charge. 4. Hygiene Issues: A negative comment highlighted certain hygiene concerns at the salon, such as fingernail clippings scattered around and a technician throwing clippings onto the floor. These observations raise questions about the salon's overall cleanliness and attention to sanitation practices.
Overall, Dream Nails Place has several strengths, including efficient service, a wide range of color options, and positivity from some customers. However, weaknesses in inconsistent service quality, pricing complaints, lack of additional services, and hygiene issues can negatively impact the overall customer experience. It is important for the salon to address these issues to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.

I went yesterday to Dream Nails and got in and out! Emma did my nails and Tin (probably not spelling his name correctly) did my pedicure. Both did a good job and they are friendly. I am simple so I don’t get a bunch of designs. One thing that could’ve been better is better filing of the nail to not have sharp edges.
The price is steep compared to what nail costs used to be. Even with inflation and pandemic.
I paid $115 for a fill, tip on one nail, cut down, gel, and pedicure with gel.
I don’t know if I’ll continue to pay $115 for basic nails and feet!
I’m a licensed nail tech in Texas. This salon is clean, sanitized, organized, & has a great flow to it. Love the energy here.????I got exactly what I wanted, but better. Quick, helpful, clean service. Way too many colors to count, & gorgeous nail art work to choose from! Shape was exactly what I wanted. Love my nails, TYSM!
I went this evening to get my nails done and had an absolutely absurd experience. I have been going here since May of this year, every-time I’ve visited I have left with a bleeding nail. Today I went and asked for simple French tips with the almond shape- when you look at their pamphlet of prices it says French tips cost $44 and then a extra fee for more advanced shapes. Today I was charged $72 for my nails that were done with no effort. One nail too was glued to my finger rather than my finger nail and I pointed this out and was told “the acrylic will fix it”. Two of my fingers were glued together and I had to rip them apart. I’m the middle of my service the nail tech dropped my hand and picked up her phone to text someone back while she laughed. This salon is extremely dirty.. fingernail clippings scattered all other the place, I watched the nail tech pick up the towel underneath my hands and throw all the clippings onto the floor and then proceed with the service. On top of that I was told to hold my hand in front of a burning hot fan that was clearly uncomfortable and painful and all the nail tech had to say was “too hot? haha”.
I’m usually not the type to sit here and critic and be little a business but between this and my past experiences.. I’ve had enough. I do not recommend coming here if you’re wanting a relaxing, un-painful and great experience.
Tomorrow I will have 6 months clean and it's a huge milestone in my life after doing drugs for the past 28 years of my life... So I really wanted to go somewhere and treat myself to a nice new set of nails, the manicurist was amazing they got me right in as a walk in and they got me done in 30 min.... Damn good experience....
For $60 I would have expected them to push my cuticles back. When I asked the lady doing my nails about my cuticles she told me that was an extra $10 and just put acrylic on top of them in some places. She said next time I can ask for the cuticle stuff first. There is no signage anywhere. She was very rough filing them by hand and pushed my nail backwards as well. She also was not even looking in my direction and filed my actual hand at one point. It looks okay for now but I question how long it will hold up.
Highly recommend Jessi at dream nails in Topeka! She helped me figure out what to do with my nails. She then got me right in! She was so polite the whole time & got them done in a timely manner !! The quality is amazing!!!
Forward facing these nails are ok. They look pretty good. They’re very thin, however. And also very choppy looking because she filed my nails with a very rough grit file IN BETWEEN CURING. No cuticle oil. And I paid $60 for this. It’s so beautiful inside but they definitely don’t put as much care into their product as they did the decor and build of the salon. It seems as though while TikTok nail artists are disclosing their prices, all the salons on Wanamaker are following suit in raising prices. The artists on TikTok charge that much because they put much more time and actual love into their work. My artist today at Dream Nails ruuuuuuushed through my nails. And it’s quite obvious. I wish I could say I’ll be returning but I cannot rationalize returning to an establishment that charges $60 for a full set with gel and minimal designs and doesn’t even give you cuticle oil. Unless the highly recommended nail artists reply to my messages, back to Regal Nails I go. ????????????
They used to be good, but unfortunately the quality has gone down. My last decent experience here was around July 2022. I do my own nails, but I like to get pedis because it is nice having someone else do it every now and then. My last visit there (which was sadly today) was the last straw. I chose the Pyramid 9D Cat Eye Gel, which comes with an extra fee. However, the nail tech did not use the magnet before curing. So, instead a multi-dimensional blue, its just silver. Whether she was in a hurry or they just don’t actually use the magnets, I don’t know. At least they ended up not actually charging me the extra fee. What I didn’t notice until the end (I was not wearing my glasses) was that the entire job was sloppy, with gel all over the cuticles. My nails were also not clipped evenly, with minimal filing apparently, because there was a “v” shape indent on one of my nails. So, when the tech went to run my card I just took an extra file from her supply box and re-filed my nails. When I get home I will take my nail drill and clean up the cuticles. But, moral of the story, you’re better off saving the $47 and just doing your own nails. Usually, I would confront them about poor service (even though they don’t do anything about it) but I quietly left because after considering it, I just decided it wasn’t worth the energy and just wouldn’t come back and give them another chance to piss me off lmao.
