Tried Essential nails out this summer and have been so pleased - my daughter and I have been returning every 2-3 weeks for our manicures and pedicures.

The staff are very friendly and responsive. They go out of their way to fit me in their schedule which I really appreciate as I have a busy schedule as a travel nurse.

I get the dip and my young daughter (5) gets the gel manicure. I am so impressed with how gentle and attentive they are with my daughter. Her polish lasts such a long time- which is great since my little one is so active. I get the dip and am so so pleased with how they last. No chips or cracks. Wonderful job with the nail art.

Facility is easy to locate. Very clean, you can tell they take great pride in their business. Highly highly recommend. Have been to a lot of other businesses in the area and don’t get the same level of professionalism and quality of work that I do at Essential Nails.

Essential Nails is such a great salon! Everyone is so friendly and the environment is very welcoming. I have had several different staff do my nails and they have all been fabulous - Jenny is my favorite, she is really thorough and leaves you with the most beautiful nails and I appreciate the extra care she takes on cuticles! I’ve gotten dip powder, acrylics, and a gel manicure here and they have all been gorgeous. I won’t go anywhere else now!

I absolutely love Essential Nails and spa! Jenny (the owner) does an AMAZING job every single time. I get acrylic nails and a pedicure every two weeks. I am constantly getting compliments on my nails. The color, designs, and shape are always perfect! My nails last so long and are still so healthy. Jenny provides the highest quality of service. She is so talented and kind. I can't wait for her to do my nails for my wedding!

I have been going to Essential Nails for 2 years! I always go for pretty simple nails, but this time I decided to get a design because I was feeling springy & I just had to share a picture! As always, I knew Jenny would do a great job!

The thing I love MOST about Essential Nails is that you are always treated like family. All the technicians I’ve worked with have taken the extra care for each and every nail. It took me a long time to find this gem of a place in Rochester. So many places try to rush you in & out to try and get as many customers in as possible. If you’re looking for somewhere where you will be treated like a valued customer & where attention to detail matters, Essential Nails is the place for you!

Was the one of the best experience having my nails done. All the worker were super nice, they did a great job making my nails look like the photo I showed! Would definitely recommend going there it’s worth the drive and will definitely be going again!

Absolutely loved how my nails turned out! They were quick but precise and very talented. I had a vision in mind and she took it with her own flair and made it even better! Beyond thrilled!

I had this nail Application applied 4/22/2022 and is the worst work I’ve ever seen. During the procedure I mentioned that one of the nails looked wavy with a large ridge and the owner tried to fix it. It wasn’t until I got in the car that I noticed that all but 2 we’re of the same POOR work. I don’t know what happened and didn’t have time to go back, was there out of town. See the Pics, ridiculous!!!

I definitely recommend Essential Nails and Spa!! They have amazing customer service and do incredible work at a good price. Today I called around 4pm to see if they had an opening to do an acrylic set. They let me make an appointment at 5:45 even though they were supposed to close at 6. They stayed open late on a Saturday so I could get my nails done. Such a great experience.
