Quick Facts About European Nails & Spa
European Nails & Spa, based on the comments provided, has a mix of strengths and weaknesses. To analyze this further, we will explore the positive and negative aspects mentioned by customers.
Starting with the strengths, one customer mentioned being a regular for over 3 years, highlighting the fact that they have a loyal customer base. This suggests that European Nails & Spa has consistent quality and service that keeps customers coming back. The staff also received praise for their friendliness and exceptional service. The owners, Kevin and Lindsay, were specifically mentioned for their efforts in creating a relaxing and clean atmosphere. Additionally, specific staff members like Lindsay and Tony were recognized for providing excellent service in specific treatments such as dips and pedicures. The recommendation from this customer also signals a positive reputation for the salon.
Another strength mentioned by multiple customers is the relaxing experience at the spa. The hot stone massage during pedicures and the availability of massage chairs were highlighted as positive aspects of the spa treatment. This suggests that European Nails & Spa provides a comfortable and pampering experience for its clients.
Moving on to the weaknesses, one customer had a particularly negative experience before her wedding. Despite making an appointment for a soak off and fresh set, the technician did not fulfill her request and instead filled her nails. When she highlighted the mistake, the technician simply said they didn't have time. This indicates a lack of attention to customer requests and poor communication between the staff and the customer. Moreover, the fact that this customer does not plan on returning is a significant drawback for the salon.
Another customer had a similarly negative experience, stating that their appointment started late and the technician was rude. They also mentioned that their nails were done poorly and that the salon refused to issue a refund after removing their daughter's nails. These incidents highlight a lack of professionalism and customer service within the salon. Coupled with the rude behavior of the staff, this creates a highly unsatisfactory experience for the customer.
Furthermore, one customer mentioned a disappointing spa experience where their request for a spa manicure and pedicure was not fulfilled. The technician did not know how to do a French dip on their hands and rushed through the services, neglecting the relaxing aspect of a spa treatment. The customer also complained about poor massage techniques and a lack of proper communication when addressing their concerns. These issues indicate a lack of skill and attention to detail from the salon's technicians.
Overall, European Nails & Spa has some strengths, including a loyal customer base, friendly staff, and a relaxing spa experience. However, the salon has several weaknesses, such as poor communication, lack of professionalism, and a subpar level of service. These weaknesses reflect a need for improvement in customer satisfaction and the overall quality of treatments provided.

i made an appointment for the day before my wedding. my appointment was for a french tip manicure & pedicure. i informed them that i would need what i had on soaked off & given a fresh set. after my pedicure, the man started on my nails. i did not even receive a manicure. the man started to FILL my nails…when i told him my appointment was for a soak off & a fresh set he said “we don’t have time.” mind you, this was an appointment… i wasn’t just a walk-in. i then told him i was getting married the next day & was here getting a fresh set thinking that might cause him to somehow give me a fresh set. but he did not. he filed down what i had before & gave me a fill. he hand painted on the tips. i am extremely disappointed in this salon. i do not plan on returning again
I have been a regular customer for over 3 years. They are always very friendly and provide exceptional service. The staff greet me upon arrival and make me feel welcome. The owners, Kevin and Lindsay, strive to create a relaxing, clean atmosphere. They work extremely hard to ensure the customers are satisfied. Lindsay does a fantastic job on my dips while Tony provides excellent pedicures. I highly recommend European Nails and Spa.
Went in today for pedi and new set of acrylics.had an appointment at noon and walked out of there at 3:20pm.My experience was horrible.keep in mind its my first time there!! When I politely showed the tech the issues with my nails he stormed away with an attitude and then a new tech came to redo my nails he was rude and acted like it’s my fault.but here is a picture of before and after work on my nails.will not be coming back!!!!!!
I visited European nail and spa with my friend and we both did manicure and pedicure. She added dipping powder as well. I recommend this place and will visit again for sure. I had a wonderful pedicure experience, hot stone massage is so relaxing. You can also enjoy massage chair while having mani pedi.
Staff are friendly.
Sorry didn’t click any pictures during pedicures as it was so relaxing just wanted to relax.
When I say the worse or the worse . Had an appointment at 4 they didn’t start my nails until 4:20.the person doing my nails acted as if he didn’t want to be there . My fill was lumpy , Polish all over the place . And the lady Lin had the nerves to get offended when I told her I could not wait for someone else to fix what should have been done right in the first place . I will NEVER GO BACK AND PLEASE YOU DONT GO ITS A TOTALLY WASTE ON MONEY AND TIME
Go somewhere else!!! They removed my daughter’s nails bc she wasn’t pleased with them promising her a refund then refused to refund. I called myself and he swore they didn’t remove them!!! SCAM ARTIST!!
I had a very unpleasant experience here. I asked for a spa manicure and spa pedicure. I wanted tips on my hands with dip powder. I asked for french tip dips on hands and want d red gel polish on toes. Tech said he didn’t know how to do the french dip, I said ok just do both my hands and feet red. I had to remind him I wanted a manicure. The nail tech brings a bowl of cold water and literally soaked my hands for less than 10 secs and barely pushed my cuticles back before barely clipping them. I asked for the mani and pedi for the relaxing spa treatment and received nothing close to that. While I was getting my pedicure I had to lean over while my nails were being rushed through at the same time. I just feel like when a client pays $150 for hands and feet it shouldn’t be rushed through and the client should be able to enjoy the relaxing spa treatment that is being paid for. The pedicure was nothing close the a good spa pedicure. I expect to have a good massage and not have my shin rubbed up and down. My 4 yo could have given a better massage. When I said something they act as if they don’t understand but I clearly hear them speak good English to other customers. When they tried charging me for the manicure i told the owner that the manicure was not done properly and she literally yelled at me. Horrible customer service. And horrible spa treatment. I will not be be going again.
Worst nails experience I’ve had. The nail tech was so rude and was talking to me rudely. My nails look awful and for the money I’m paying for them they shouldn’t. Do not recommend coming here. Won’t be back
