If I could give this place a negative number, I would! HORRIBLE!!! The man who did my nails was arguing on the phone with someone, loudly, while doing my nails. He cut me, then held my finger up and said, "this is your fault...." excuse me??? He scraped/cut several fingers! I assume he was hangry, as he told me he'd been there since 8, "and needed to eat lunch, but then I came in." Then he ranted about another customer who he had to fix her nail 4 times, because she kept bumping the nail! After paying, and tipping him 20%, he turned and walked away. I suppose he was in a hurry to eat! NEVER AGAIN THERE!!!!!
terrible, my nails ache. the guy was rushing and hurt me multiple times, he always seemed very creepy and did not care abt how my nails looked just rushing to get them done. place is also very dirty. NEEDS TO GET SHUT DOWN!!!
Staff was not pleasant or customer oriented, wait times were very long and the technician made my nails feel very hot with filing and was unapologetic while talking on the phone

Tools weren’t sterilized, they weren’t wearing their masks, I didn’t get a full treatment like I’m used to from my usual salon (even though it’s the same price). Tools that should’ve been discarded after use were clearly not. My cuticles were cut dry. All my nails are uneven. The staff was rude and trying to convince me to change my color. When I asked why they proceeded to explain why but to another guest. Like talking about me, in front of me, to someone else. In English. Just tell me? I asked why this color wouldn’t be a good fit. It’s an honest question. Multiple steps were skipped. I went in with a previous gel manicure and round shape. I left with a square even though no one asked me? If I came in with round clearly I prefer round? Just ask me. Also, only got 2 layers of gel (and 1 clear). My usual salon does 3 layers of color and 3 clear. And I go 3 weeks without a single chip or flaw in the nails. I’m not expecting these to hold up and honestly I don’t need them to. Getting them redone at my place when I get back home.
I had the guy do my nails. I got an acrylic set. He was on his phone, wasn't paying attention, listening to other peoples conversations the whole time. He cut my skin on 3 different fingers because he wasn't paying attention. My nails were crooked, uneven, there are dents in the acrylic. There is nail polish all over my skin that he didn't clean up I got it done a week ago and two of my nails already popped off. I got gel polish and the clear coat is already chipped and gross. When I got them done they looked 2 weeks grown out. He didn't get rid of my cuticle or paint the whole nail. I went to another place at home to get it fix and they shook their head at how bad it was. They didn't charge me because they felt bad for me. I wouldn't recommend going here it was a complete rip-off. I don't live in the area I was visiting getting my nails done with a friend and I was very disappointed and angry that I wasted $50 on nails and a tip. I don't like to not tip anybody, but I definitely should have said something and I didn't. DO NOT GO HERE!
Made an appointment for a pedicure, manicure and eye brow waxing. Anthony was rude and hostile when I proceeded to ask if the paper on the table was clean... he proceeded to tell me not to come back anymore and each time I come in I ask if the paper was clean and changed. After the waxing Anthony began my pedicure... he refused to put water in the tub and only removed my old nail polish, sprayed my feet with a liquid and then polished. I always pay $50 or more each visit ....terrible way to treat a customer. I asked for the owner's contact number and Anthony told me to call 911 :(
They are the worst nail salon in the Poconos. After reading the reviews I still went anyway because I thought that their was no way they could mess up on something so simple. I needed to remove the dipping powder set from my nails. Not only did they fail to understand how to do this the nail technician expected me to dip my fingers in pure acetone. No one does that!! Then she injured my finger with the tool. Then they like to talk about you in mandarin. That’s what really did it for me.
