I am OBSESSED! Don’t mind my dry hands lmao, but they did such a beautiful job, in less than an hour too. I didn’t get the man’s name but talk ab talent. It looks amazing, I’m beyond satisfied. 10/10. Literally took the vision in my mind and replicated it perfectly onto my nails.

Worst experience I've ever had. They didn't use any sanitary tools. I thought it's fine, I'm sure it's clean, then they made me bleed and the lady swiped my finger of blood. My cuticles are shredded and bloody. They charged 100 for these. I was going to walk out without paying after I told them they made me bleed
They followed me out harassing me and demanded the 100. My cuticles are bloody and burning.
I generally use a salon multiple times before I leave a review. These two, John and Nhi, have been fantastic every single time I have gone in. I have taken in photos off the internet and ask them to recreate very elaborate art, I have asked them to design art on the fly and additional nail services. They have always been happy to do whatever I've asked, they have never said no, I have always walked away happy and felt like I got more than my money's worth. I have always found them to be friendly and accommodating and accurate with their time estimates especially when setting an appointment. They don't overbook to the point where no one can actually have their appointment on time which matters a great deal to me. I cannot speak to their repair policy as I have never needed a repair from any work they have done, that was not my own fault. I have even left the designs on for up to four weeks because I loved it so much and the Polish still held up great. The only reason I took it off was because my nails grow out too far. I am happy with finding them near my house and I have no plans to go anywhere else. The place is clean, the prices are reasonable and the people are friendly which I appreciate. Thank you, shiny nails, I appreciate what you guys do and how you treat me and the other customers.

I got a gel manicure last weekend, and all of them have chipped, cracked, or come off completely. I went in to get them fixed once and they only fixed two of the four that had cracks. The other two only got new top coats despite’s cracks throughout. Then the nails just got worse and worse. Unless you want to make multiple trips to get your nails fixed, I wouldn’t recommend coming here
My daughter got a full set of gel acrylics with gems and it was $155 and before we even got home three gems fell off and we noticed in the light that the lady didn’t even paint the sides of her nails or the front we could’ve done this at home ourselves. It was terrible.
We scheduled an appointment and were on the same day- I had gone to another salon previously, and they messed up my nails- my dog had been put down, so the initials are from the names of my dogs. They had cheered me up, and I left with amazing looking nails and a smile
The customer service I received was great! Got me in the same day. It didn't even take her an hour (without any polish) but the nails themselves are not a good shape. They are way too curved downward, and misshapen. I feel terrible leaving a bad review, but others should know!
