Rude and don’t know what they’re doing. This is the nail shop you come to when everything else is closed or you’re low on money. Just had one of the worst pedicures of my life. Got a callous remover that did nothing, couldn’t file my nails square, and the nail polish is chunky. I coach her and ask questions throughout the entire process and it still wasn’t right. So if you have LOW expectations come here.
Love them my first time there treated me like a QUEEN and the lady who did the work was truly an angel. Customer Service was so great she introduced her self and she serviced me for she asked first. Great Experience check it out all the staff is wonderful especially Helen
If I could give them negative zero I would. This has to be the worst nail job I have ever had. I came here to get my nails done for my dads services. It was my first time so I couldnt say who I wanted to do my nails. It was pretty busy and I assume all the qualified nail techs were busy so instead of turning me down they had some older lady who does the eyelashes do my nails. She should stick to lashes cause my nails looked horrible and I also got a regular pedicure and they charged me up the rear . I have not had time to take rhe remaining 7 off but I will post a picture.
Clean store the nail techs were really nice and friendly I didn't care too much for the actual work done on my toes I thought of manicure pedicure would be the easiest way to tell the quality of work whatever the tech needs more skills when fixing a broken toenail I would recommend to the place for simple manicure pedicure
OK, but they need a better setup for drying nails and feet. their equipment is old and doesn't do the job in my opinion!!!! I didn't like the man who took over my job , in painting my nails. I like to stay with one person until the job is finished!
If You Don’t Respect Your Customers You Won’t Be Successful!
It was my last visit today because I don't do business with people who don't respect their customers. I got in today for manicure and pedekur. Usually i pay 40$ for both. I don't do anything fancy, just one plain color. They asked me 3 times if I want gel polish and I said No! I ended up having gel even though I said no... total came up 56$ which i refused to pay!
I asked for white polish and sparkles on top. I ended up with just sparkles and the shape of my nails was different on each nail. As a paying customer I feel like I'm entitled to what I'm asking for. When i asked if she can fix the nails because its not what i asked for.. her answer was amazing..... "happy holidays, bye-bye". Also, there was a young lady sitting next to me who got upset because they charged her fee for using credit card.. just to let you know guys... this is illegal! As of January 27, 2013, these rules have changed. Businesses are now allowed to charge checkout fees to customers who use Visa and MasterCard credit cards!!! You just lost your regular customers.. Bye-bye
