I got my nails done here for a cruise and I got an infection and had to take them off on the ship (without nail polish remover as I was on a ship) I would go and get my money back if I could but I doubt they would , the nails were all lumpy and shaped poorly.
I highly recommend Jessica for service. She is new to First Lady Nail Salon, but has many years of experience. She was sweet, conversational, did an excellent job making sure that the end result of her service was perfect. My nails are beautiful and consistent in shape. I have already scheduled my next appointment with her and will continue. Extremely satisfied.
Love my nails. They have come out perfect each time I have gone here to get them done. I will definitely keep going back.
I brought my daughter to have her nails done. It said they were open until 7:30. We got there at 6:45. There were customers inside being helped and we were told they were closed. They clearly were not closed but they wouldn’t serve us.
I have been a client at 1st Lady Nails for almost 20 years and have never taken the opportunity to pass along my experiences and share a review of this salon...i have always had consistent service and they have been great to make suggestions to me if I've had any issues. I support locally owned businesses as I am a local business owner as well. Brian, Tanya and their staff always represent professionalism and good customer service as I would expect of any local business owner which includes high quality of service and cleanliness. As most people should be aware.... Staffing shortages are prevalent in all business and theirs is no exception.. a little extra patience on a customers' part goes a long way and will help in receiving the great spa experience this staff knows you deserve!
I went here for the first time and I wasn’t disappointed. They were very busy so I did have to wait a bit off and on while my nail tech worked with another customer but that’s okay! They were packed. I asked for a full set, pink to white ombré and they came out very nice. Tonya did them and she was very friendly.
I got a dip manicure. First she told me they didnt have the color I picked out so I picked a different one no problem. Then the color came out completely wrong. It was purple instead of red. When using the drill it was vibrating my whole hand and it hurt me. She didnt even put the clear coat on the whole part of the nail with dip powder on it so half of my nail is glossy and the other half is not. ALSO two nails chipped the day I got them done. Will not be returning.
Went there 4 times Tanya was great and did great nails, but tried calling to make an appointment, and apparently Tanya didn't want to see me for whatever reason, every time/day I asked for she said no I don't have anything. She asks who it is before deciding if she has any appointments available, very shady. I will gladly find another nail salon to go to God knows this is not the only nail salon around. Tanya is the owner and should not be so obvious about picking & choosing good paying customers.
