I got my first brazilian wax with the beautiful Shameka. She was quick and it wasn’t as painful as I thought. She was very good at explaining what she was doing and how she was doing it, then she told some helpful tips about aftercare which was very informative. Love the convient location and easy online scheduling. It is woman and veteran owned! Very comfortable, friendly staff. Only complaint is sometimes it feels as though they're under/short staffed. If your aesthetician has to cancel the appointment, it is unlikely someone else is available for a similar time; however, they work hard to get you rescheduled within 24 hours.
I have gotten all of my waxes with Shameka, and it has been a wonderful experience! She is so incredibly amazing at her job! She provided me with helpful strategies for aftercare, and she even explained the science behind certain mechanisms. I am always satisfied with her work. She is truly a professional! She was everything you need from a first time wax visit: professional, informative, friendly, and easy to carry a conversation with to take your mind off any pain. Additionally, as someone with very sensitive skin who is prone to ingrowns, her aftercare tips have been a life saver.
