Absolute best pedicure I’ve ever had!! but I ended up paying a lot more than I expected. Five stars because it was worth it. I will likely only come here for a special treat though due to the cost, instead of regular pedicures.
Nails were decent, but when they started getting walk-ins, (I made an appt for my friend and I as her birthday treat), they started rushing and cutting corners. I had to ask for better cuticle clean-up on both mani and pedi. Wasn't the best priced place, but not worst either....I would appreciate feeling valued as a customer, I guess!
The staff is nice & welcoming. They adhere to CDC guidelines by stating masks are to be worn and by providing hand sanitizer upon entrance. The spa pedicure was great, especially sitting in the comfortable massage chair. My only issue is they have different people doing the services...1 person did the pedicure, and a different person did my fill in. I prefer to have 1 technician.
I have been going to this particular salon for about three or four months. For the most part it was an okay experience. I learned early on to not have the owner (male) do the design on my nails. Why there are anyone working at a nail salon that cannot do simple designs is beyond me. I am not a fancy person. I do not get stones or anything crazy on my nails. The young gentleman that did my nails did a wonderful job. The last trip to Florida Nails was the first time I had seen them during a busy time. I asked for the design in the third picture. The first and second picture is what I left with. I felt like I was rushed out and as I was leaving I was told by him to "Come back when we are not busy and I will fix. It wasn't dry when I put on the top coat and it chipped off." While pointing to my ring and middle fingers. I just ended up going to a new nail salon instead after it had grown out. The older lady was the one who put acrylic on my natural nails in an overlay and I had one nail that had broken off. Instead of putting a tip on my finger she just put acrylic on top of my nail and poorly shaped it. I will NEVER go back here and I hope no one else goes here to get their nails done at this establishment!
I've been going here over a year and have had some problems but normally they fix the issue and no problem but this week was completely different I went in on Wednesday and got seated with the owner he started doing my nails and honestly I felt rushed the whole time. I have cuts all over my fingers and my nails are absolutely horrible....he didn't let them sit in the uv light long enough for them to dry and the next day I had gel polish leaking out my tips!!!! So today I walk in there wanting my nails fixed immediately because I already paid for them 2 days ago and they are absolutely horrible and he tells me to wait for the people who are already waiting when if a customer has a problem you fix it first before ruining someone else's nails.
Had an excellent experience! Full set done by Danny along with gel toes. Danny's patience was immaculate, he ensured I was happy with the design before proceeding to do the rest of my set. Will be back when due for a fill :) :)
Mimi just gave me the best pedicure I've ever had and she stayed almost an hour past closing , which I didn't realize until after..She is amazing????
First time at this place since new ownership (2 years ago). I had Ceci as my technician. She was FABULOUS. Can’t wait to go back. The massage chairs were great, the place was clean and Ceci could not have been nicer and professional. So great to have a great salon close by finally!
