Not so great experience… They’re nice and all, but I feel like I wasted my money. Jenny did my nails, but she was really rough and aggressive and they’re so pricey for what.. I understand a nail design being $5, but I got 2 little hearts and the total came out to $75. I don’t recommend wasting your money there, you instead should get your nails done at NG’s nails spa, the nail salon across the street.
I picked up this place just in a walk by. Great choice. I'm happy with my full set of gel nails. Thanks
The owner (Jenny) was a sweetheart. The staff member that did my pedicure may have been drained, but her body language seemed very uninterested, she did not even greet me, and stopped in the middle of applying polish to find and answer her phone when her AirPods weren’t working. To add cringe to unprofessional, the same utensils used to scrub, grate, and brush my feet were used on someone else’. The staff member did wash the tools off, but I have grown so accustomed to a better quality of service where each time a pedicure was given, a new packet of tools were used. This was my first time ever patronizing this establishment and the lack of concern for hygiene and lack of professionalism severely diminished this experience. Walked in to get a mani-pedi but only did a pedicure after being told no one was available for a full set. Regular pedicure is $25. Would appreciate being able to see a price list upon arrival as well.
I did walk in this morning. Only 2 workers was present performing services. A spanish customer walked in after me korean nail tech asked what services we came for she said that we had to wait.. Few minutes. The spanish customer went to sit down in the chair and one of the techs attended to her when i said i was next she said that she had an appointment with her.as she and the spanish customer began to talk in spanish referring to me.. I waited for another tech that was free.. At that point the 2 spanish techs and the spanish customer began talking about me again in spanish i didn't entertain it even though i understood the comments..I have been a customer for over 10 years however i wont be back This use to be my one and only spot for personal care but since these spanish techs been here they have a prejudice attitude with anyone black i notice.. Shameful.. Sad

I have never been treated so poorly in my life.
I made an appointment over the phone and they said i could come, once I got there they were unfriendly and rude and said they don’t have time for me. I had to wait over an hour for a terrible manicure
They also violated all the COVID 19 guidelines.
No masks or social distancing...and they don’t wash their equipment.
I never had a problem with these people. I've been going there since 2009. Linda does a excellent job on pedicure. She always makes me happy. I miss David who use to do my nails and feet.

Went there the other day. I told the Spanish lady that did my feet last time that I'll be waiting on her she said ok so I waited both for my eyebrows and my feet at least an hour! So the lady ended up leaving and not saying anything to me...that was very rude and no customer service skills at all ....I always come there I'm not a new customer at all I was just surprised they would do that to me. I mentioned it after I did my eyebrows the response was like oh well! They lost me for life! If Jenny husband was there none of that would of happened! He ran the shop smoothly????
