When I got there I was amazed by the environment, everything looked so cool and welcoming. The staff is so nice, they offered me coffee and water and for me these little things make all the difference. The artists there are all professionals of the highest regard, I am super happy with how my tattoo turned out specially because it is a cover up and he managed to do an amazing job. I highly recommend Nautica tattoo to all my friends. 10/10

I bought the jewelry and changed one of my piercings there in July last year and paid $30 for it, however the jewelry oxidized and became really painful in less than 6 months. I returned to the store to get it removed (since I couldn’t take it out at home) and replaced by my own jewelry considering that theirs was not trustworthy. They told me they were aware they had some defective jewelry in the past months, however there was no warranty, and charged me 20$ for the replacement, no exception, despite our family members being frequent customers there. The store is nice and clean, however, really disappointing product and customer service.
