I had been getting my nails done here for months and just recently moved out of town. I made sure that when I was back in town for a wedding that I made an appointment with Mimi to get my nails done! She always does a fantastic job and my nails last for a month or more! I wish I could still go to her, still haven’t found anyone as good as her ????
I had the best experience at friendly nails they listened to what I was trying to do and suggested dip nails and I love them I will go back and recommend them to anyone

So place is nice and I’m sure they do great work but the customer service is awful and enough for me to never even try and come here again. Before I even put both my feet through the door she, with an attitude told me if I didn’t have an appointment I would not be seen which is fine if she wasn’t rude about it. All I wanted was my eyebrows done which is a quick thing but she didn’t even let me speak. I can’t get over how rude and unwelcoming she was. She noted that it was Memorial Day weekend which, I’m fully aware of the date, but their doors are open so that to me means they are seeing people. Unfortunate but this experience was enough for me to never spend money here.
I walked into Friendly Nails to get a full set, I was greeted properly and everything was professional but when they were doing my nails, she never asked me about my length or design. Whenever she went to go cut them, they were all different sizes and even shapes! They were very crooked and uneven on both hands. Sad to say I am not to happy about my nails.
I got a fill and pedicure with gel polish it was a 110 for those services. The quality for that price is outrageous! My friend got the 55 pedi with gel they charged her 20 extra for the gel polish!! The massage for the pedi was horrible! I've paid cheaper and received better pedicures. Never again!
Absolutely WONDERFUL place! It's the only nail salon I will go to. I am always treated with such great customer service and everyone always has a smile on their face. The prices are not bad at all and for what it's worth you walk out of there looking and feeling like a million bucks! I highly highly highly recommend this place to anyone!! I've brought all of my family there and they LOVED it as well. This place is seriously the best!!!!???????? *Added** GO SEE APRIL!!!!!!! She is the one who does my nails and she is AMAZINGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!! True life saver. She fixed my nails that were horribly destroyed by another nail salon. Now I'm back to having awesome nails!
