I had left them a raving review about a month or two ago saying how they were my favorites for the last year and the best in Towson but after my last two experiences, I no longer share the same sentiment.
They’re rude, they rush their work and they will make you wait as long as they possibly can. They also don’t respect appointments as I was running late for mine and called to inform them (about 10 minutes btw) and they tried to tell me to come 2 hours later instead.
So on to the quality, I got my nails done and in under 24 hours one of them broke already, like the whole tip broke right off . The quality was less than average for the prices they want to charge. My set before this 3 nails broke.
I’ve been lucky enough to have my sets come out nice, for the most part, because I always come with a picture in mind but after these last two experiences I’d rather find my own personal tech cus the price really isn’t worth it
Besides the nasty upkeep and repetitive use of equipment on different customers, this place is honestly horrible . I came to this establishment, how I usually do, this is not the first time I’ve had an extremely underwhelming experience, but it definitely will be the last. I came and got an “sns” set , and the attitude I received for simply asking for a square set on my real nails was ridiculous. Perhaps the man did not feel comfortable working with real nails. Either way he proceeds to completely butcher and half do the job. Visibly I’m frustrated. I asked him to file my nails straight, he refused and snapped at me so we got into it.
I then had to speak with his manager who acted just as incompetent. They lied about their names but one is bald and the other had hair with glasses. They then attempted to swindle me out of an extra $5, claiming that because my nails are naturally long they will charge extra. I did not pay that amount because the listed amount is $45. This shop is disgusting.
My go to nail salon! Great service and great skills. All nail techs are great so you can feel comfortable being serviced by anyone. I strongly recommend making an appointment ahead of time. The shop stays busy.
This is by far the worst place I’ve ever been to. The heavy set guy in the front is so rude and just pure lazy! I came in for a fill and he didn’t even remove all the polish before adding new acrylic. When I questioned him, he told me it wouldn’t show. Of course I’m still seeing the old polish. Then when I showed him it wasn’t blended and missing acrylic on the sides he said it wasn’t his problem bc he didn’t do my nails before. I had them done in the same salon by a different nail tech. Save yourself the headache and try someplace else. I would have given zero stars if I could have.
Don’t like their job or know what to do. Guy was grabbing the remote for the tv, set it down, grabbed a pen, set it down, grabbed the remote again. Looked at us puzzled because we said we wanted a manicure and pedicure. Place smells like reefer
Extremely unprofessional and rude. Told me “it’s not my problem if your nails are messed up.” Will never return. And I advise everyone to stay away.
First of all not friendly…second I waited two hours to be attended to… they proceeded to take two unscheduled patrons before me… not acceptable… find a better more user friendly establishment
I got my nails done on my birthday, January 8th. My gel manicure is already chipped and today is the 10th. Or actually started chipping yesterday.
