I walked into to get a haircut for my son and was treated rudely. He chased us out. A simple Sorry not taking walk ins please make an appointment would have been ok but being rude is unnecessary.

Worst customer service ever. Went on my son's birthday and they denied service to both of us. Then today, I went to drop money off to my wife at the nail place and get a hair cut and I was forced out of the parking lot without an explanation. Guy with gray hair and glasses didn't wanna hear a word. Go to Barber St. John's down the street.
So today was my first time in this shop and was vary excited to see the old style barbershop. Did not catch the guys name but he was vary polite and focused on me as a customer and what I wanted to have done. Will definitely be returning.
My friend Matt Reps recommended Gene’s Barbershop awhile ago. So yesterday I wanted to get a haircut from an old school barber so I called Gene’s and set up my appointment for yesterday morning. Matt Unrein Gene’s son cut my hair with precision and care. He was gentle and attentive to what style I wanted and took his time. I had the best fade I’ve ever had and so clean. The price was reasonable and I would be back and don’t feel the need to go anywhere else. Great three generations Brighton establishment.
