I came into the salon wanting a removal (soak off), and then I was wanting to get a new set. Well instead of soaking my nails off, the tech there took a nail tip and literally popped my nails off one by one, which took LAYERS of my real nails off with the acrylic. After removing all the nails by yanking them off, I noticed that one of my nail beds were really thin and the top of it was rough and jagged, so I asked her if she would still be able to do that nail and she told me yes. So this is when she starts to do my new set. All I wanted was a simple black French tip, but when she began to paint them it looked HORRIBLE, so I told her to take it off and that I would just go pick a color. While I’m picking my color, she says something to her coworker and then storms to the back. I return to my chair with my color, and a NEW tech finishes painting my nails. It was a terrible experience in the salon and after. I have had this set for a little less than a week, and that same jagged nail I asked her if she would be able to do, BROKE and took the whole entire top part of my nail bed off with it. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
I also asked the second tech if he had any other techs in the salon that could do designs and he said no just her. So if you’re looking for a design definitely don’t go there
i am not someone to complain but this was by far the worst nail experience i have ever had getting my nails done, the woman who did them used the complete wrong color on half of my nails and didn’t care change it. When I noticed the color of my nails and how bad they looked i asked for my money back after they charged me 20$ more than what they said when i walked in, not only did they laugh, and yell at me for asking for my money back they all surrounded the pay counter and continued to insult me about how i don’t have enough money to pay for my nails because i was asking for my money back. when i asked where the no refund sign was they said they didn’t have one but would not give me my money back. do not recommend
Came in for a gel spa pedicure, expecting the sugar scrub and lotion to be quick per how it is at most other salons. I’m pregnant so it’s really the only reason I get pedicures. He actually took time to massage my legs ankles and feet. Very satisfied and will be back.
Never had a bad experience experience here! Love this place I always get the gel and it looks great and lasts forever. The nail techs are all awesome!
LOVE LOVE LOVE these halloween nails i got! I was nervous to try a new spot than where i usually go but i needed to find somewhere i really like, and Leah did AMAZING. i will never go anywhere else now!!!! (color is the same just different lighting in each pic)
This is truly the best place I have gone for nails. Lynn hand paints any design I show her and does it perfect! I LOVE this place. Highly recommend!
Spring 2023 Review:
I still go here regularly. Nails are done well. Prices are avg for area. I am pretty picky and have 2 fingers that are twisty so my nails point weird. Leah is my go to and she is great. She doesnt care how many times i ask for a little more file here or there to get them perfect to my taste. She is very patient.
Spring 2022 Review:
They take their time and will do pretty much whatever you want. They don't rush you. If anything shows up as a problem, you can come back in for a free fix in the first week - no fuss. It can take a while to get in, but that is normal around these parts.
I love that this place is open on Sunday and the staff is very nice. They give the best foot massages during a pedicure as well
