I went in to get my dip nails removed and the lady asked if I wanted to get them painted. I hate doing them myself so I said sure. Do these look like professionally painted nails? She did them so fast and they came out so sloppy, I’ve attached pictures but they look worse in person. What a waste of money.
They are super nice to my parent. I was very disappointed when we booked a together pedicure and I had to wait over 20 minutes after my parent was taken for their pedicure. Then by the time I was called back I was greeted with attitude and an ok let’s go. Don’t expect to have a bonding appointment despite booking it as such. My parent was done by the time I was put in the chair. They had to wait on me.
Mani/Pedi and eyebrow wax with Vicky this morning. She was great! She listened to me and found the right polish I was trying to match the color. I will request her specifically going forward. Thank you again and looking forward to returning in the near future!
extremely racist and very unprofessional place. The workers are so rude and they make petty comments about you. You would think being a person of color they wouldn't be racist but nope! DO NOT COME here.
I scheduled an appointment and I got scheduled with Kayla. When I arrived I asked if she was able to do the design pictured in the first photo, to that she said yes. Unhappy with the results, as you could assume with looking at the after photo, I asked if she could paint one hand black and the other white and on one nail do a smiley face and on the other a sad face (see photo for example). She then told me after painting my nails white and black she could not do the faces. When I accidentally messed up one of my white nails and politely asked if she could just re-paint that one nail she refused and walked away. Kayla was very unprofessional and her quality of service was extremely poor.
Lynn does my eyebrows and she always checking on me if im ok. Shes very kind and really good at her job!
4 star service, but 3 star quality. I had an overall good experience at this salon. The technician was attentive, friendly, and patient. However, one day later I am left with 1 peeling nail, one chipped nail, and one completely removed nail. I received a gel mani Friday evening, it is Saturday evening, and 3 of my nails are messed up. I get gel manicures regularly, and needed a new one while visiting my family in Port Saint Lucie. Unfortunately, I will have to get my nails done, again, two days after a gel mani -instead of my usual ten(sometimes +12days).
I just got my nails done here honestly they look horrible but thats not even what I’m worried about. I’m terrified because the lady sitting next to me had fungus on her nails and the guy is still doing her nails it’s so bad you can see it through the dip powder he’s using. He should have turned her away.
