I’ve been getting my nails done for years and have never had such a bad experience. The guy who did my nails cut me twice where it was visibly bleeding. He never said sorry or anything and just kept going where I then said I will need to wash my hands to clean the cuts. The nails themselves turned out terribly. They are misshapen, have weird bubbles in them, and aren’t even painted on the whole nail. It’s not even been one day yet and they have already chipped, when they are no chip. I will not be returning.
I went to get a very basic no-chip manicure here for the first time and I will never be going back. I was very disappointed with my service. I can only speak for my own experience and for the quality of work I got from the nail technician I had, which was Cindy. I don’t know if she’s new but she had an extremely hard time painting my nails. She kept leaving my nails all clumpy and bumpy after every coat she applied. I kept asking her kindly to smooth the nail polish because you could see her brush strokes and it was going to set like that. She got very annoyed and frustrated and didn’t seem like she wanted to fix my nails because she said “she didn’t see the problem”. I even hit one of my nails on the towel on the table and she pretended not to see that my nail got messed up and told me to put it in the UV lamp. When I asked if she could please fix it she said, “where?” But it was very clear where the nail got messed up. Some my nails came out so so after I had to keep telling her to fix them, but here are some that I gave up on because she didn’t want to fix them. Here are some pictures of the bumps. This was my second visit there I was impressed the first time I was there although I do have to say nit very friendly or welcoming . Today I had an appointment for 10 am sat till 10:20 and I and to have my pedicure first so my toe nails had a good time to dry the young man said he wanted to do my nails first that there was no one to do my pedicure. As he started to do my nails he was nit doing what I asked fir which was a pink and white fill he insisted on removing all the product first . I told him it was nit needed to just do the fill he got up and walked away from me. Next thing I’m being moved and another man starts doing my nails and he couldnt get it right and he walks away they left me sitting there with half of my nails done than the 3 guy finally completes them. I went back to have my pedicure and sat there for 25 min . Very unprofessional total time there 3 hrs and 15 min. It should have been 1 and 1/2 hour time . Would not recommend to any one. Maybe I should have charged them fir my time. They did nothing at all to even try to make things better and had the nerve to charge me for a lousy job .the owner is nit a good business man.
I’ve come here a few times for my acrylics and pedicures. Always great service. They do a great job and have stayed late to accommodate me. It is sort of hard get ahold of them though. I called 12 times over the course of 3 days to get an appointment and when I finally got an answer I was on hold for 8 minutes before I hung up. Due to this I gave 4 stars and have found another spot nearby.
TERRIBLE PLACE! DO NOT GO. I got my nails done here a few times and they do not know how to do nail shapes. I asked for a coffin shaped and the nails were NOT a coffin shape and they still made me pay EXTRA money for a shape that I told the lady is not what I wanted. The nails also look like their a 2 weeks old because she was in such hurry to leave home. When I spoke to the manager about it he even admitted that the shape was not coffin and did not want to refund money back or redo them and said "I don't know how to do nail"..... The reception that works there too jumps in and starts asking why I didn't say anything to nail tech lady (which I did) but didn't want to be rude, so that's why I asked to speak to owner. She started to give me attitute when I was not speaking to her and was speaking to owner. They don't care about what you want and just want to take your money. Paid SO much money for nails to look like their 2 weeks grown out.
Very friendly staff. After getting pedicure I ruined my toe nails when put on shoes , but saw the problem after I got home. I called and they had no problem to fix it for me with no charge. I recommend this place. They are good.
Muy mal servicio ,fui un martes y me isiero un fullset,y a mi hija le isieron un fillin,,el día siguiente,a mi hija se le empeso a despegar la pintura,y se le calleron 3s uñas llame y dijeron que no me cobrarían que fuera y que se las arreglarian,pague $135 por ella y por mi,regrese el jueves,y a mi,se me empeso a despegar una uña,ok,no are la historia larga,ese jueves,me dieron escusas de que las uñas de mi hija,ya estaban viejas y le isieron fullset,y me cobraron otra vez $50 ,cuando 2s dias atrás pague por el mismo trabajo para mi hija,y a mi me arreglo la uña,y hay no me contesto,cuando le dije,que a mi el me iso fullset,solo contesto,te la arreglare,me las arreglo el JV,y a mi hija se las arreglo,un nuevo empleado y lastimo mucho a mi hija....y el sábado a mi,se me empezaron a despegar las uña,4 días después de que me isieron un fullset..
