She used her own beads, installed " 80" of the 170 I was quoted for. After 2 washes I had 10 fall out. I straightened my hair and omfg i wanted to cry. My $466 wedding hair looked like trash. She curled my hair so I couldn't see that she never blended the hair or anything. After day 3 I told her I was not satisfied and she offered to redue my hair. The cross hairs were so bad I was in constant pain, the I hooks were digging into my scalp. After careful consideration I told them I would no be returning and I wanted a full refund. ( I even tipped her $100 cash). I was told I'd get a refund of $290 for the extensions.. Wait A damn minute I brought in $400 worth of my own hair. I had I screen shot my bank statement to show them they took $466.86 out of my account. Only after that did I get a refund for $466.86... I took my hair and went to a real professional at bella vita in Medford Mn and for $205 I got 160 extensions put in and they are blended and look absolutely amazing... Shame on this place... Not to mention no sanitization happened the whole 3 hours I was their and social distancing is a joke here.
