Best TL Reviews

I’ve been going to Sarah nail for almost a year and tried to warm up to the owner Jen but she’s just rude until it’s time to take your money !! Twice she was out of the color I wanted and was annoyed at me like it was my fault. (Don’t have the colors out you don’t have)
Jen the owner is also rough with the hands no spa experience there.
I will No longer support a grumpy business and will never recommended that nail store.
This is my first time get my nails done here and Their store is really clean and nice. Their staff are friendly and they know what they’re doing. The job done really nice, I love my nails! They look great!
As a first timer here I had an uncomfortable experience here. The woman talked about me and my nails to each other which felt weird.. You could tell it was in a negative way. The acrylic was ok, nothing to rave about.
Love this place! They do such a great job and are always friendly. Manicures, pedicures, and waxing are done quickly and professionally. Facility is clean and staff is amazing! They also do kids mini manicures/pedicures.
UPDATE: went in today for my first pedicure in 6 months and was very impressed with the extra precautions in place. Call ahead only for an appointment and you wait outside until you are called. Temp check and hand sanitizer at the door. Solid plexiglass dividers between customers as well as every other chair utilization and plexiglass between customers and employees for manicures. Also, employees for pedicures wear masks and face shields. All seats are sprayed with Lysol and sanitized after every customer.
Terrible experience!!!! I decided to stop in on my way home from work. I usually go somewhere by my home in Doylestown. The older lady who started to help me was rushed through the process when she saw one of her regulars come in and then passed me off to a younger girl. It seemed that she was telling the girl what to do as if the girl had no experience. She was rough and destroyed my skin around my nails. I never have experienced burning during a salon visit, and I am no stranger to dip polish manicures. I said I was not happy with the outcome and then again was passed off to the older lady who did another coat. I took these photos in my car as soon as I walked out. I’ve have never left a salon in this condition. I have no idea what is under or around my nails. My fingers are cut and sore, and it’s not because I’m “sensitive” or “in water a lot”. I would have experienced this before if that was the case. I will be calling to demand a refund. This is poor service and terrible quality of work.
Really bad and honestly strange experience. I called in advance and was told to come in At 6:30pm, but felt rushed as they clearly wanted to close at 7pm. Gave me a pink French manicure even though I asked for a neutral one multiple times. She said that “pink French looks better”, even though that’s not what I asked for. She never asked how I wanted my nail shape to be. She cut my cuticule and I left with dip powder caked all over my fingers. This was all done by the owner, Jenny. Clearly she couldn’t care less about how her clients leave. Go elsewhere
.
Ended up paying $88.00 for a normal gel mani pedi excluding tip!! Didn’t get any add on services/designs either… Nails did look cute just not worth what it was priced at. Good place if you have that budget, want to be rushed through and sit in complete silence your entire stay. (No music+ tech did not hold any convo)
i get my nails done two days ago with my mom and I love there service, they are so nice and their are store store are so clean. Love them and I will be back!
