Quick Facts About Green Tea Nail & Spa

The Green Tea Nail & Spa place has received a mixture of positive and negative comments from customers. In order to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the business, we will analyze the comments provided.
One common complaint among customers is the poor quality of their services. Multiple customers have expressed dissatisfaction with the dip service, claiming that it is uneven, improperly shaped, and chips easily. This indicates a weakness in the skills and techniques of the nail technicians at Green Tea Nail & Spa.
Another weakness highlighted in the comments is the lack of attention and respect towards customers. One customer described feeling ignored and rushed, especially in comparison to Caucasian customers who seemed to receive better treatment. This suggests a weakness in customer service and a potential bias towards certain customers.
Additionally, a number of customers have complained about the rushed and haphazard nature of the services. Some have mentioned that the technicians barely touched their feet during pedicures, while others felt like the staff just wanted to finish quickly in order to make more money. This points to a weakness in the overall quality and thoroughness of the services provided.
Moreover, several customers have mentioned issues with false advertising. One customer specifically referenced a spa pedicure that supposedly included a 15-minute hot stone massage, but they only received a 3-minute massage. This indicates a weakness in the company's transparency and their ability to meet customer expectations.
Furthermore, there have been complaints about the unprofessional and rude behavior of the staff. One customer recounted a situation where they were treated with extreme rudeness after questioning the advertised service duration. This demonstrates a weakness in the professionalism and customer relations of the employees at Green Tea Nail & Spa.
On the other hand, there are a few positive comments that highlight some strengths of the business. One customer praised the establishment for their nice and patient staff, as well as their willingness to accommodate customers regardless of how busy they are. Another customer complimented their pricing, stating that it is reasonable and worth the longer drive.
However, the positive comments are outweighed by the negative ones, suggesting that the strengths of Green Tea Nail & Spa are overshadowed by its weaknesses. The poor quality of services, lack of attention to customers' needs, rushed and haphazard work, false advertising, and unprofessional behavior are all significant weaknesses that need to be addressed in order to improve customer satisfaction and retain a loyal customer base.
In conclusion, Green Tea Nail & Spa has several weaknesses that have been identified through the customers' comments. These weaknesses include poor quality services, lack of attention to customers' needs, rushed and haphazard work, false advertising, and unprofessional behavior. These weaknesses overshadow the positive aspects of the business, such as friendly staff and reasonable pricing. It is important for Green Tea Nail & Spa to address these weaknesses in order to improve the overall customer experience and establish a better reputation in the community.

Hey I’ve been coming for a few months but, honestly there dip service is way below satisfactory. They don’t make them even. They can’t shape properly and don’t coats the dip powder the correct way. Had my nails done Saturday and had to get nails fixed the next and had multiple nails chip the following day along with the polish lifting. When I brought this to their attention. They looked at me like I was crazy.
I was reminded this evening why I stopped coming here a few years back. I recall feeling like they ignored the colored customers needs in order to rush and serve the Caucasian customers. I was here two weeks ago to get dip powder on regular nails. It was my first time trying it. I was out of there in 25 minutes. Thought that was a good thing. It soaked off within a week in a half. I’ve heard it’s not supposed to come off that fast. That day it was pretty empty and the 3 ladies were pleasant. A little short and rushing when asking questions but, not rude. So tonight, I gave them another try. They were more crowded than before. All Caucasian women being serviced. Owner tried to pick my color for me. (rushing me to sit down and says, it’s a-lot of customers today) Maybe she expected me to respond and leave. Assuming, I wouldn’t have patience. I first asked for dip and pedicure. I get to chair, lady says I don’t need pedicure, just polish. Okay. Feeling rushed now. Let that slide. She proceeds with my polish on toes. She’s speeding the process. A Caucasian lady arrives right after me for pedicure as well. She’s next to me. I’m enjoying the massage chair only glancing at the process. I notice her putting on clear coat to find my nails not even fully polished or filed even. I know she’s rushing so I ask the owner for another person. She looks and removes the previous polish. Once removed, I say thanks and leave. First, your about to take another 20 minutes of my time. No apology nothing just sits down and grabs my foot. Mind you, I’m the only colored person in there. Felt uncomfortable after having to ask for service I’m supposed to receive upon arrival anyways. I’m a local resident here for over 12y. Few of the salons are giving this energy in the area. Just sad. We deserve the same respect we give.
Absolutely loved them and my nails! We had an appointment, they took us early I went with my mother who is a bit older and the person doing her nails constantly checked in with her. "Is the water ok? Are the stones too hot? Am I rubbing to hard? Let me hold the chair while you sit". Love them! Deff going back!
I love this nail salon. They are so nice every time I go. I moved further away and I drive further just to go to this nail salon. They are patient they seat me immediately no matter how busy it is. The pricing is great! 10/10
Too many people working in this place, that is always a red flag. They care more about quantity vs. quality. I got a manicure and pedicure, the tech barely touched my feet. She followed me out to my car when I said I would be back for her tip. That cost her $3 off the $5 I was planning on giving her. Very goofy establishment.
From when I got in , I knew will not be a great experience
The lady from front desk, was screaming to me when I ask her about polish nail, and when I asked her why are you screaming she said, I said this to many times????????
The rest is exactly like in the other reviews, they rushed me just to be done, nothing changed that, not even $20 tip to the girl, they just need to finish fast to make more money , that's it.
When I left the place, I walk exactly in front of the girl who made my manicure and the lady from front desk, I was waiting at least a good day or something, NOTHING, they don't care about customers.
The regular manicure came off already after 2 days.
If you are in hurry, this is your perfect place, do not expect nothing else
If you want something else. Search around
NEVER GO HERE! I have been going here for a couple years every so often. Every time I go I experience some sort of issue. However, I try to give the benefit of the doubt. After giving this place chance after chance, I have said enough. They falsely advertise their services and are extremely rude and unprofessional to customers. I requested a Spa Pedicure which included a 15 minute hot stone massage. This was the reason I was interested in this pedicure. As I was receiving the pedicure, the lady grabbed the hot stone and gave me a massage for about 3 minutes. I was shocked and appalled and asked to speak to a manager. I asked her how come my massage only lasted 3 minutes instead of the advertised 15 minutes. The manager began to explain that this was because “the stones don’t stay hot.” I then continued to ask why they advertised the service for 15 minutes if it isn’t given. She then interrupted by saying the “service description is from the old owners”? However, for the last two years the same owners have been there with the same services. The rest of the service I felt extremely uncomfortable and treated with extreme rudeness. I am not sure what kind of business they are trying to run, but falsely advertising and disrespectful behavior towards their customers is unethical. DO NOT GO HERE.
Took my students here for the end of the year to get there nails done. And the service was terrible, they took forever to get to one of my students and when they finally did they tried to charge her extra for the length of her nails. Which was not specified in their prices. Which were not posted anywhere in the shop. They were very rude and dismissive of what my students wanted. And the nail technician working on the students nails cut her cuticles down way to far. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you need a good place that is professional and does great work, go to Angel Tips in Southampton, PA.
