I come from the South side just to go to this hair store. I was just there Saturday. I usually have a nice experience when I go into the store. Most of the times the people who work there and the owner are gracious. I don't go into a lot of these stores because I usually brace myself because don't know how I'm going to be treated but in this store I'm treated very pleasant. And they do have reasonable prices.
Visited this location a about three weeks ago, asked the Asian guy behind the counter what happened to the short Asian man with the glasses, this guy said he's the knew owner. The last short guy and his wife they were not great people to be running the Business, they were not good people person. Now the location is much better!
Great place friendly. Been going here forever. If you have a business they even let you take pics of they products to sell. Make you very comfortable to shop especially since there aren't any black owned shops on this side of town.

I love their customer service, always greeted with a beautiful welcoming smile. Great products, and if for some strange reason, an exclusive product is not there( cause it has to be to not be there)???????? trust he will have it there when he says ( I know personally). Clean, stocked, Beautiful clothes, jewelry, hair products that I would have to buy on line ( in here), an essentials and did I say freaking amazing customer service. I just love there presents. Always puts a smile on my face. An by the way the products are NOT OVER PRICED. I’m in and out and my husky does not bark at me that much when I go in now ???????????? just watches. Love this place.

I love this place. Over the years I’ve resisted going into beauty supply stores like this because of terrible experiences with people following me and being rude. However, I stopped by this store several years ago when I was desperate for a product and I’ve been in love since then. The staff is very polite and helpful. When I’ve called to ask for the availability of a product they have been kind and helpful just as they are when I’ve visited the store. And they have everything! I travel from a nearby suburb just to go here.
