I was there on Feb 2nd. Bought a hair extension and a bottle of shampoo that she said I needed. Got home and realized I had a bottle. I never opened the new one and they still wouldn't take it back. Ridiculous. I understand no return on hair pieces but an unopened bottle of shampoo? (My mistake. I thought this was the one in Oakland Mall. So sorry) Disregard this review please.

I've been shopping at this location and at the store in the Oakland Mall for years spent a lot of money in there. Tuesday morning I rather Tuesday afternoon. I go in to buy a ponytail and other supplies to surprise a young lady. I never buy hair first time no one ever said you can't exchange the ponytail, never even was open. Came back less than three and a half hours later to try to get it exchange and was lied to, (it's on your receipt), no it's not on the receipt! There is a small cardboard piece of paper hanging close to the register that says no hair return exchanges written in magic marker. I think they should either put it on the receipt or when you buy something just come out and say it's non-refundable or returnable but don't lie about being on the receipt.

Always have my lashes in stock. True to their word about having them in stock every 2 wks. Friendly & clean. Nice to come in and speak korean????

The store was well stocked an clean. The isles were not cluttered and spaced sufficiently. Lisa was nice, polite and provided honesty when telling my friend how the hair looked on her when she tried them on. Even though I am a Westsider, I will return.

Everyone here is so nice and helpful. I love getting my wigs here and Extensions here. I love how helpful everyone is. The selection is huge and the prices are actually the same or less than online if you equate shipping so it’s totally worth it to purchase your items here. I’ve attached images of wigs I purchased so you guys can see how real they look.

Owner very nice and knowledgeable about most products. Prices are a little higher but I guess with the way things are now its not as bad a any other beauty supply. A smaller store
