Quick Facts About Hana's Nails

Hana's Nails place has several strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided.
Starting with the strengths, it is evident that some customers had positive experiences at the salon. Marry, the nail technician, received praise for doing a wonderful job on a customer's nails. It is worth noting that some customers appreciate the family atmosphere at Hana's Nails, as the entire family works at the salon. This can create a friendly and welcoming environment for customers. Additionally, some customers mentioned that they received great service and found the staff to be friendly, professional, and organized. This indicates that the salon may prioritize good customer service. Other customers also appreciated the expertise of the nail technicians, stating that their nails were well done and of high quality.
However, there are also several weaknesses highlighted by the comments. One major issue is inconsistency in service quality. For example, one customer had a negative experience when Marry's husband took over and made mistakes during the application of the nail color. This incident suggests that there may be a lack of standardization in the salon, leading to inconsistent results for customers. Another weakness mentioned is the lack of attention to detail. Several customers pointed out that their nails were not properly filed or shaped, resulting in rough edges. Additionally, one customer complained about the incorrect color of nail polish that they received. These comments suggest that the salon may lack attention to detail and may need to improve in terms of fulfilling customer preferences accurately.
Another important weakness is related to customer service and professionalism. One customer complained about the wait time, as they arrived early for their appointment but were not attended to until 25 minutes after the scheduled time. Furthermore, this customer mentioned that the staff neglected to provide basic pedicure services such as massaging the calves and feet. This indicates a lack of professionalism and attentiveness to customer needs. Another customer reported a poor experience where unsterilized instruments and used filers and buffers were used. They also mentioned discomfort caused by aggressive treatment with a pumice stone, resulting in scars. These incidents highlight serious concerns regarding hygiene and customer safety. Additionally, the customer mentioned that they were subjected to unwanted religious content through the radio station, which created an uncomfortable and unrelaxing atmosphere.
In summary, while some customers had positive experiences at Hana's Nails, there are several weaknesses that need to be addressed. These weaknesses include inconsistency in service quality, lack of attention to detail, poor customer service and professionalism, and hygiene and safety concerns. Improving these areas could help Hana's Nails provide a better overall experience for their customers.

Marry did WONDERFUL on my nails but ended up getting slammed with people walking in, so her husband painted my nails. For some reason he used an airbrush instead of the powder which made the color completely different then what I thought. Not a huge deal, but he missed every edge on one side of both hands from the angle he painted. I pointed it out and he told me "it's okay!" When I said no it's not, look. I don't like it. He cut me off and said "next time you need to tell me powder not the airbrush" (I never asked for the airbrush or powder but to do an ombre nail) I ask just to get the edges fixed because I loved them otherwise and he started trying to file them to "fix the edges"
I snatched my hand back explaining I don't want the shape change but the color fixed. Everyone is looking at this point, so he gets annoyed and sits and I just grabbed my stuff and went to pay. Super disappointed because I loved marry!!
I got home and noticed the finger he did file on to "fix" is super rough on the end. They were supposed to be burgundy and I got pink
Acrylic overlay on my natural nails and a pedicure. I’ve been going here for about maybe three or four months now and I absolutely love the family that works there now. They are all very kind, very gentle, and very, very good at what they do. I am so happy that they are there, Mary did my nails and my pedicure and the nail art would recommend this shop now since this new family is in there working. Mom, Dad, & daughter. Sorry don’t know how to post a picture here but did on their photos Red Christmas with 2 different nail art.
I’m new to the area and called today for a fill appointment and got right in. Great friendly professional service. Definitely recommend!
I called after he was closed and he agreed to do a set of acrylic nails on short notice as I was leaving town that night. My nails turned out great and while I half expected him to rush through because of the late hour, the opposite was true. They were carefully applied and turned out perfect.
First-time I have been to their shop. I was a walk-in. I found it to be friendly, clean, professional & organized. They did a great job on my nails. I will be going back!
A quiet storefront with experts within. Beautiful nails ???? well done by their experts. I recommend ???? them highly.!
I was there 15 minutes early for my appointment and they did not get to me until 25 minutes after my appointment. They turned on the water and then walked away from me for another 15 minutes. They did not massage my calves or my feet which is common practice with a pedicure. I would not recommend this place to anybody.
This was the worst manicure and pedicure I have ever received. They do not use sterilized instruments. They use USED paper filers and buffers for the nails that have clearly been worn down with use. The cuticle care was minimal. Also, the entire time, we were forced to listen to a Christian radio station that was forcing religion on the listeners and urging them to pay the station every 5 minutes. That created a very awkward and not relaxing ambience. Then, to top it all off, the woman took the pumice stone to my delicate leg skin. She gave me wounds on both legs, both of which have left scars. I had some medical tape residue on my legs, and she took the pumice stone and rubbed off my leg skin. I have spent now 3 weeks healing the wounds that have now left scars.
After this visit, I immediately had to redo the nail polish myself, which I should have just done in the first place after the horrible service we received. Go if you dare, but I don't wish this dirty, painful experience on anyone!
