Quick Facts About Happy Nails
Happy Nails Place, based on the comments provided, has both strengths and weaknesses.
One of the main strengths of Happy Nails Place is that they have quick and professional service. One customer mentioned that they went on a Monday afternoon and it was empty, allowing for a quick and efficient service. Additionally, another customer mentioned that they loved the way their nails came out and it was exactly what they asked for. This indicates that some nail technicians at the salon are skilled and capable of delivering satisfactory results.
Another strength of Happy Nails Place is that they offer a wide range of services, including manicures and pedicures. One customer specifically mentioned that their pedicure was wonderful. This suggests that the salon is equipped to cater to different customer preferences and provide a variety of options for nail services.
However, the weaknesses of Happy Nails Place seem to outweigh the strengths based on the comments provided. The main weakness of Happy Nails Place is their lack of hygiene and cleanliness. Multiple customers mentioned that they observed unsanitary practices, such as tools not being properly sanitized and food being left out. This raises concerns about the overall cleanliness and hygiene standards of the salon. In addition, flies in the bathroom and a technician sitting with his feet out in the open were mentioned, which further demonstrates a lack of cleanliness. These observations made by customers are highly critical and indicate a potential risk to the health and safety of clients.
Another significant weakness of Happy Nails Place is their poor customer service. Many customers mentioned negative experiences with the staff, including rude remarks, eye-rolling, and an overall negative energy in the salon. One customer even mentioned that they were shocked by the lack of professionalism and the unprofessional behavior of the staff. This creates an unwelcoming and uncomfortable atmosphere for clients, which is not conducive to a positive salon experience.
The inconsistency of service quality is another weakness of Happy Nails Place. Several customers mentioned that the outcome of their nails varied greatly depending on the nail technician. While some were satisfied with the results, others reported mistakes, rushed procedures, and a lack of understanding or execution of requested designs. This inconsistency in service quality raises concerns about the overall competence and training of the nail technicians at Happy Nails Place.
In terms of pricing, there were complaints about discrepancies between the prices advertised on the website and the prices quoted at the salon. Some customers felt that they were being overcharged or that the salon was attempting to upsell them to more expensive services. This inconsistency in pricing information can lead to customer frustration and a sense of mistrust.
In conclusion, Happy Nails Place has some strengths, such as quick service and the ability to deliver satisfactory results for some customers. However, there are significant weaknesses that need to be addressed. The lack of hygiene, poor customer service, inconsistency in service quality, and pricing discrepancies are all concerns that may deter potential customers and negatively impact the salon's reputation. It is essential for Happy Nails Place to address these weaknesses and strive for improvement to ensure a positive salon experience for all customers.

If I could give negative stars to this nail salon I would. Let's start with the general hygiene of the place. Everything used on me was not sanitized, was put right back in the trays. Many of the tools like the nail clippers were tarnished and old. There was food out all over the back, flies everywhere in the bathroom and one of the nail "techs" was sitting in a chair with his feet out and exposed on another chair. Completely disgusting and horrible and I am shocked the Health Department has not issued this place warnings.
Next let's get into the UNBELIEVABLY negative customer service and energy in this place. I had just moved to the neighborhood and get my nails done frequently and so I was excited to give this place a try despite the warnings, I like to give everyone a fair chance and form my own opinions. When I innocently asked to buy a bottle of water if I had it, the woman whom I believed is one of the managers or owners, literally rolled her eyes at me to my face and said: "Why don't you call your boyfriend to bring you one?" I was completely shocked and asked her what would make her roll her eyes at me. The man doing my nails was yanking my wrists towards him constantly, burned my nail beds with the machine used to smooth acrylic and literally cut my cuticles three times to which he not once offered an apology. I then saw a poster on the wall promoting some design called the "dragon eye." I used to get the cat eye design when it was trending and so I asked what the dragon eye was and if I could try it. The same woman said to me she didn't know how to do it with no offer to see if another of the staff could do this design for me. I was truly shocked, angered, and upset that this was my experience. I HIGHLY caution anyone considering this establishment to reconsider and try Francis Nails up on Westside and Fairview. They have better hygiene and the staff are much more kind and welcoming. After all, you are a paying customer and water being asked for during a service should not be an inconvenience. See photos attached.
Came to happy nails last minute after several nail places changed their prices. I went at about 4 pm on a Monday and it was empty (I loved that lol ) they were quick and very professional. Place is a little small but I don’t mind . I will be going back ❤️(I mad them for 2 weeks now )
Never coming back here again. While the lady was cutting my nails she saw my discomfort towards the nails and did not ask as to why, I asked for the shape to be rounded and then she cuts my nails too short when I said that was too shot after the first cut She rushed through the entire process as well.
The wait is a little long , but worth it. Loved the way my nails came out. Just what I asked for.
It all depends on the nail tech plus even when they mess up they charge u for their mistakes
I asked for something got something completely diferente and still got charged $95 after I told her to take it off. Will never come back here so un professional took 4 hours do my pedicure and full set.
The prices on the website are not accurate. They tried to convince me to get dip powder but I just wanted regular tips. After I said no they told me regular tips were $45 when the website says $35 (I think they were just trying to get the money anyway) also the photos they have on the website of the salon are completely fake. The salon does not look like that AT ALL. I’m pretty sure it’s the only location too. They’re busy enough to take appointments but still insist on walking in, and then they wonder why customers get so mad.
I had a positive experience once a mediocre one next with the same nail tech and third time a very bad service for my nails (pedicure was wonderful) but another nail tech did not know what they were doing and didn't come close to do what I asked for, even after showing a picture plenty of times and after they agree to do the design. How you end up with a completely different design on your nails after they see the pictures? They don't know their job, clearly ! They pulled out notes!! NOTES!! This lady cut me and now my finger feels like I have an ingrown nail. Never again plus prices either went up or they included their tip. Never again.
