I have been going to this place for 4years always receive good service and the work is pretty nice. For some reason the owner John has become very rude at the every two weeks I bring my whole entire family that includes my sister my mom, my two daughters, including myself we get pedicure and nail fill in. I know we spent over $500 in this establishment every two weeks, he became very rude and obnoxious because the last couple of times that we come in for services we didn’t leave a tip. I believe that is something that you do not demand your customers to do and he became very loud. Although I am very good at leaving tips but sometimes I just don’t have it so if I leave you a $40 tip the previous two weeks I don’t think you should demand me to leave you want but I will not return to this place because of the way I was treated. And I have said this many times before. But I will not spend my money where it is not want it. Good luck for the rest of you guys if you like getting treated like trash...
I had a previous bad experience with service at this location a few months ago and didn’t get service there for a while. Today, I revisited this location and I was ignored initially and treated very poorly by the co-owner. At checkout, I gave my credit card along with my gift car to be stamped. My gift card was thrown on the counter and the statement was made that my gift card was old. I asked what was the difference? There was no difference, she reissued me an identical card to the worn card that I handed to be stamped. I will NOT EVER be returning!
Went to visit Mr. John and his lovely ladies and I enjoyed myself. The staff were all friendly and we got a few good laughs in. I enjoy myself every time I go. I got a pedicure and a full set and I must add the services was worth every dime spent. This is the best nail salon I have ever been to.
This place and people are so wonderful.... the foot massages did used to seem longer but they're a repeat for me. ????
This morning (6/17/21) my daughter went to the Hilltop Nail and Spa for an eyebrow waxing. This was the first time she had visited the establishment in several months. When the owner lady went to apply the wax to her eyebrows it was extremely hot. When she ripped of the waxing paper it felt tender to my daughter but she assumed it was just the typical tingle that comes with waxing. After she arrived at home I noticed that her eyelid had been burned and was raw.
I believe that this spa should be investigated. No person should be paying for a simple treatment and leaving with their eyelid burned.
Not happy after removing the polish this is the horror I find. I had great time even though it was busy and I felt neglected and over looked. Sat in chair for over an hour water even got cold. Then few weeks later after removing polish this is my discovery. I have never had any problems with my toes. So scared and upset that I got infected with some thing. Will not be returning wish could be refunded my $40. I spludged did full package.
This my 2nd time getting my nails done here and both times John done my nails and I was pleased because he make sure they are done right and I'm satisfied.
Happy with my full set and pedicure.
