I have been going to this store over 10 years. The original management team was great. Very nice. Never had a problem. Unfortunately, cannot say the same for one of the women that work there now. A mistake was made by one of their employees. In speaking with the older female/manager instead of addressing the issue professionally, she resulted to trying to insult me and stereotyping African Americans. I usually always double-check my purchases so I take part of the responsibility as well. Great customer service would have at least apologized for the error and that would have suffice but that was not the case. There are several hair stores on that street alone so customer service is imperative. Unfortunately, there are very little black owned hair stores to spend my money. I will find another place to spend my money as well as my family and friends. We can longer stand for racial insensitivity or racial bias.

I’m not too sure where these negative comments about "mistreating" black people are coming from .I have always been treated with respect when coming to this beauty supply. They are always very happy to help and are very trustful. I have seen many things transpire in the store and they always handle it with grace and with dignity. This is a wonderful business, and as a black woman, I that they are very supportive of our people . I have also had many BLACK friends work here and they loved it and love the ones that not only own it but work here.

So going here was cool. They have such a variety of products and make up. The people are very friendly. The place is very bright inside which I think is great. And it's clean..
