Where I live It's really hard finding beauty supply stores that cater to EVERYONE. This beauty supply store seems to have EVERYTHING. My sister and I love it here, We will be back
Product variety is good but the customer experience has sadly and significantly declined. The tone of the staff has gotten short, rude and at times disrespectful. Even the owner doesn't seem to be as appreciative of customer experience. Steve unfortunately has become arrogant and dismissive to customers. When there is a lack of competition good customer experience often suffers.
