Spent $45 on set of pink and white. Ended up going home to spend another $15 to get materials to fix them. My nails all had bubbles and uneven application of acrylic powder. Some were crooked, uneven, and the French tip had streaks causing my nails to look yellow. Thickest set of nails I've ever had. I know they apologized for the vulgar language, what ever I didn't care, but I didn't enjoy the comment about how pretty my hand would look around my finances (in nice terms) Johnson.

I ♥️ Donna. I have a hard time keeping acrylics on no matter where I go. She has a new acrylic powder that I tried, & she also spent more time prepping my nails. So hopefully with her products & the thorough prep they’ll last the full 2 weeks! I also LOVE that this shop cherishes the AMERICAN WAY, which is your choice to choose what goes on & in your body. We are America land of the free, not a communist country!
My granddaughter and I had an appointment for two pedicures at 4:30pm. When we arrived at 4:20, we were rudely told by the lady that our appointment was at 4:00pm, and she had let the other tech leave already. I let her know my granddaughter doesn't even get out of school until 3:55 so I would not have made an appointment for 4:00pm. Her only response was, well you'll have to reschedule. I guess this business owner has never heard of customer service! No need to reschedule because they won't be getting my money! The reviews that talk about rude & unprofessional service, BELIEVE THEM!
Best pedicure in town! My daughter has had some bad experiences at other nail salons in town (charging her double the quoted price on the phone as well as not giving her what she requested), but a friend recommended The Cottage Nail Salon. They took a significant amount of time making sure our nails were perfect, and we paid less than I expected.
My nails looks fantastic! I'm absolutely in love with them! The staff was so friendly and inclusive. They really make you feel at home! It was just like spending a day with the girls! I will definitely be going back!
First time in today and absolutely loved it! It’s cozy and because of how small it is you feel like you’re really being taken care of. The owner was fantastic and made me feel welcome by including me in conversation with her staff and other clients. Donna did a wonderful job on my nails and did not rush. I will definitely be going back!
