Rude customer service. The daughter is a sweetheart and the husband is great but the older lady was rude af. Then I had to present ID to use my credit card. Will not be going back!
The hair relaxer I bought for my daughter is not good. It doesn’t work as a relaxer; I don’t think it is because I haven’t seen a relaxer looking like that. However, her service was good.
I love Sun’s casuals, I can’t see myself going to know other beauty store in Conway, they have the most beautiful wigs I’ve ever seen, i’ve never wore wigs before, until I seen how beautiful they were in there, they are number one in my book, they have the best personality, and as soon as you walk in the door, they always greet you????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

I've been coming here since high school. Prices are great & quality of hair is good. I get my extensions here(clip-in) & they last me at least 2 years or more. However, I do take very good care of them. The owner is nice too & helpful. She even puts the extensions in for you for free(the clip-in ones).
I have been going to suns for years. She makes it a point to help and get it almost exact to what u want. And her son John is very knowledgeable about the hair also. I can trust them to pretty much match what my clients are needing no matter I seems them looking for. Great place to get all your hair care items.

I’m a professional stylist in the Central Arkansas area and I love coming to Ms. Suns!! I’ve been coming since I was beauty school. She always has what I need and if she doesn’t have it she always checks and see if she can order it for me. She has a layaway service for professionals just started out, I purchased my fist set of marcel irons form her. I just started working in NLR but I make sure I come back to Conway and spend my coins with Ms. Sun!! ????
Love this store been going for years!!! Everyone is super nice! They remember you by name and treat you like family! The store is REALLY CLEAN. The staff is very helpful with all your needs and very honest. You have a lot of choices so you will find what you need.
