I chose this salon because of the great reviews. Shellac manicure was very messy, called to mention how disappointed I was. Nothing but excuses. I was placed on hold for the owner conveniently, the call was dropped. Chipped after 2 days, easily peeled off after 6 days. Buyer beware!
My first experience here and i will say this is now my go to nail place! So cute and really big! Also, everyone working there was very nice. Emily did my nails and literally KILLED it!!! She put her own twist on them and I’m honestly in love ????????
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Hannah does such an amazing job, always takes her time and makes my hands beautiful. Tu, the owner, is so fun and also very talented. Highly recommend over all the other salons. These two ladies are the best ????????????

Could NOT be happier with my experience there. I have been searching relentlessly for my "go to" place and I'm pretty darn positive I found it. Leslie was phenomenal. I went in with a pain in the butt design and she did it without a second thought. The entire staff was amazingly friendly, and the environment was awesome. My friend also got her nails done, the base was by Micki (not sure of the spelling), and the feathers were done by Leslie. Going to highly recommend to my friends and will be going back soon for a pedi!
I went to Hot Rock after going to numerous nail salons around Lehigh Acres and Fort Myers. I’ve never been 100% satisfied with how my nails came out. Luckily I found this salon. After reading great reviews I decided to give it a shot. So glad I did. The staff is so sweet and welcoming. The owner filled and filed my nails to a perfect even point and Leslie did my wonderful mermaid design. I have now found my go to nail salon. You have a new loyal customer. Thank you !
