Hice cita por teléfono , llegue 12 minutos antes, al llegar avisé q tenía cita , la persona q me debía atender tomo unos minutos para platicar y pasarla bien, se llegó la hora de la cita y solo le hablo quien seguia en lista de espera , que por cierto llegó mucho después que yo y se acababa de anotar.
