Great experience fave shop only one I ever go to
I love how my nails turn out every time I come here! I think any job related to service is pretty tough and sometimes it has a lot to do with our expectations and often times how well we tip! I know it gets super busy and they have limited employees but I know that and I just make time because I like coming here! I also think some of the bad reviews here have a lot to do with loss in translation. The staff have never been rude or dishonest (I have to disagree with some reviews here).
The highlight of my last visit...I’ve been wanting a very particular color and tried every color but they created a custom color for me, which was exactly what I’ve been wanting!! I think with a little patience and explaining you’ll love it here!
P.S. I had a mani no chip
I’ve been a customer for over 3 years and new owners took over and they use cheap products and have horrendous customer service. My no chip didn’t even last 2 weeks and they made it seem like it’s my fault. So sad to see what was such a great business in the area take such a horrible turn.

Shout out to Image Nails! I loved Nancy the previous owner, it was heart breaking when she told me she wasn’t going to be there but we were being left in good hands with Susie! Susie is amazing! While I know it’s a change I’m happy this transition was a smooth one and she does such good work. Currently they are trying to work by appointment only, understandably so since they are short staffed. I can appreciate that. Please support this new business owner and welcome to West Chicago!
