I Gave this place a second chance after the Nail tech. poke me during pedicure in my last visit. This time they cut each foot, which one was bleeding uncontrollably. This is my last time visiting this place. I DO NOT recommend anyone coming here either.
Left picture at the salon. Right picture at home and til now it still hurts, not onlt my toe but my whole foot and is 1/25/23. Injury happened on 1.21.23.
I'm literally still waiting...its been over an hour. They have no problem making you wait and seeing others with "appointments " before you. If I haven't already waited so long I would leave,but def not tipping or coming back!
They did a good job on my nails however I was there for about 3 hours. I realize I went in as a walk in but I called ahead and the guy told me if I came as a walkin I would wait 15-20 minutes. I waited for over an hour. Finally one of the ladies told me to sit at the spa chair for my pedicure , had my feet soaking in the water for about 5 minutes then told me that she couldn't do it right then and to go to guys chair and get my nails done first. So after the nails I went back to the same spa chair and waited for 30 more minutes. I then asked how much longer they said 5 minutes but it was really about 15. Now the guy on the phone told me it would be about $40 but it was $74. No Bueno!!
They do a great job they are friendly the price is good. My nails stay pretty more then 2 weeks.. I'm always happy when I go there.. I really love them.
Kim always does an excellent with my nails, she really puts in the effort to make them look perfect! A full set of acrylics with gel usually cost me around $40 plus tip but that’s because I tend to ask for unusual shapes/colors. Great price compared to other locations.
I love the staff, I been coming here for years because they are all great especially Kim. They never cut my cuticle in other words make me bleed, and the prices are great. I love how no matter how busy or the cost they take their time, that way their finished product is gorgeous nails. Great job and please keep up the good work!

I waited an hour and a half for a fill… The ladies let me sit there and never addressed that they were too busy to take me in. There were four people there working and two of them were working on the same woman, I assumed they would get done quickly because there were two for one person. By the time it was my turn I asked how long it would take her to do the fill because I now had to leave for work, the lady said it would take her 45 minutes to do a fill on basic acrylic nails with regular polish, my nails are short and simple (I did not need a design or a certain claw like shape, just your classic square tip short nail). I obviously cannot do nails but I know that a basic fill like the one I needed shouldn’t take 45 minutes. So, with the last half hour I had to get to work I rushed to C&L nails in Chula Vista, where I got a fill done in 15 minutes and they came out amazing! I would recommend going to C&L nails instead.
Awful place!!!!!!! If I could give a 1/4 of a star I'll do it.. The wait is just ridiculous it doesn't matter if you have an appointment, you just have to wait and is not because is so many people. I got here at 10am .. is 12pm and even tough it was my turn, the lady choose someone else to do before me .. why????? I have no idea maybe because I'm not a client.. and after this I won't be... not good for first time customers. With "appointment" I bet NOT good for walk-ins.. either .. and a suggestion before I leave with no nails is.. if you're not going to provide a fair service .. at least put on something better on tv to be distracted ... the air antenna is not the best choice...
