I’ve always been very scared to trust anyone with waxing my eyebrows since I had a bad experience with another salon when i was 14. But all of my friends love this place and kept telling me they are amazing so I gave them a shot. Today i walked in and was kindly greeted right away, I signed in and sat down to wait. I only waiting for about two minutes until I was called back. It was very clean and the woman who did my eyebrows was very nice to me. She showed me with a mirror what she was planning to do before she did it which means a lot to me. She began to wax and shape my brows and after ever wax she asked me if i was okay. This is the nicest thing ever. Then, she gave me a tissue because my eyes were watering which was amazing as well. She finished the service off with cooling gel which felt AMAZING. My eyebrows have never looked this good before and it only took 5 Minutes. I will be returning back here, this place is amazing. 5 stars for sure!
I strongly suggest to not get a Brazilian or Bikini wax here. Most painful wax you will ever have, I left with welts, missing skin, and a ton of bruising... but hair still intact. I love getting my eyebrows threaded here, but that would be the only service I'd ever return for. To the owner: please continue to educate staff on waxing.
I went in to get my brows “cleaned up” and tinted. I think the young lady forgot about me after she put the tint on. She ran over and grabbed a cotton ball and started rubbing my brows. She rubbed them for over 20 minutes. I got up the man asked me to let someone else try. The chemical was burning my brows and face. I’m leaving having paid $20 with brows darker than when I came in and my brows burning!! I will never be back to this place again!!!
Recently moved to Carrollton so had new clue where to go but looking at the reviews I figured I’d try here first… Went in to get my eyebrows waxed got talked into trying and getting them threaded. It was better than expected and definitely not as painful as some girls made it seem to be. Leaving there eyebrow area wasn’t as red as they usually are when waxed and left my skin feeling smooth instead of heat bumps! Nice staff and quick service, I’ll be back! Thank you!
I have been a customer of Impressive Eyebrows for years— receiving several services here. The staff is kind and also very gentle when preforming services. I did not know this place was so good until I moved to the Atlanta area…sadly I cannot find a place to compare here in my new area. If Impressive is ever looking to expand, we need you here in the northern Atlanta area! Until then, I will try to stop in when I am in Carrollton.
Got waxed which is why I gave a 3. My eyebrows are not symmetrical at all, my scar has never been an issue until now. It looks terrible, did not realize how bad it was until I started doing my make up ????

My sister told me about this place about 3 years ago while I visited. I moved back to GA and I go here now all the time for eyebrow threading. Clean, friendly and professional. Today I got eyelashes that last a while longer for the first time. Rita did a really nice job. All the ladies and person in charge have been kind and welcoming. I would definitely recommend.
