No one greeted me when I walked in, so I just sat down and hoped they noticed I was there. Eventually they did.
They were very accommodating to the fact that I had two kids with me, so that was nice. Heather gave them lollipops and brought a little fan over to dry my nails so I wouldn’t have to move with my one and a half year old on my lap.
My manicure itself though isnt the greatest. They are obviously very busy, and they rushed through everything. I paid $20 and walked out looking like I did it myself. My cuticles look terrible. Might go back at a less busy time, but right now I’m not a fan.
i have had bad experiences here. the first time i went, the guy did my nail completely crooked & it looked terrible. when i went yesterday, the lady was making fun of how my nails looked previously & got her coworkers to laugh at me. she also sliced my finger. she was very rough & rushed through it, & the customer service wasn’t great. i don’t think i’ll be returning anytime soon.
I tried this place out and will never return... Their social skills are terrible.. And speak in their language the WHOLE time,and overpriced..
I had a young lady do gel nails two days ago and last night one came off And honestly the polish I got looked terrible the second day as well
I went back today, she gave me attitude " and said don't get polish changed again, and tries to blame me for her lack of that my nail broke ..
I have had nails a long time first time bail broke in 2 days and polish was terrible..
I will never return....

Quick and good service. Staff is fun and friendly. We are not from the area and will make the trip to come back
I have been here multiple times, and it is very hit or miss. Sometimes i leave very happy and other times not so much. The older lady who i hadn’t had before was doing my fill and wow was she rough. She cut me multiple times and even though i showed her the image of a simple french tip she said she could do, she couldn’t. the other girl came over to salvage the french tip but it was too late, it wasn’t symmetrical and very sloppy. She also managed to rip off 3 of my acrylic nails that could’ve been saved which costed me even more unnecessary money. The total was $50, and I am more than willing to pay for any service but not for what I got. My skin has stuff stuck to it and was bleeding and my nails were nothing special. Save your money and take your business elsewhere because this place is not welcoming nor talented.
Have been here several times to have my nails done. Depending on the tech you get to do your nails depends on the kind of service you get, some of the techs are very good some are ok. The issue I have every time I go and get an acrylic fill and nails painted the price is different every time and never what there pricing board lists. If your going to advertise a price then stick to it.
Love the staff. They all speak English. A full staff but so busy. Better to make a prior appointment then to just walk in. Could be waiting for over a hour to be seen. They all do an awesome job in nails. Offers waxing. Cash, credit and Venmo for payments. Will continue to go again
