Will not go back here. I called set an appointment and asked to be seen by someone that could do designs and different things. The lady said okay no problem. Well I go in when I sit down I'm looking at different designs on the internet and the man keeps asking what I'm doing. So I said trying to find something that I want done. He said I can only paint one color that's it. He already started only nails plus I set the appointment so I went ahead and finished with one color only. I haven't had that done to my nails in a very long time, like years. So I'll not go back. I could've done that on my own.

Do not go there ever. They will tell you one thing and then at the end they’ll do totally different stuff on your nails. They act like they don’t know English and will act dumb to get your money.
Told us $42 at first and the charges me $46. When I confronted her she started acting like I am the bad one and want to get rid of me ASAP.
Had 2 8 yr old girls mani/pedis done for a whopping $62. EACH! They were constantly trying to convince me to add more & more. My pedi was $75. ($199. before tip). Last trip to the Lee Nails at Chesterfield Town Center in midlothian, va.
I had gone to another nail shop just the week before for acrylic and they were lifting from the cuticle. I came in they were courteous and professional. Nancy fixed my nails and they were beautiful. I will definitely go back especially to her.
I've known Nancy the owner for quite some time I absolutely love this place. Fast + professional services! If you're in search of a nail salon this place is your best bet!
I regret coming here for a pedicure, my 1st in years. I chose the shop after seeing a beautiful reddish orange color on someone's nails and wanted it on my toes. What I didn't want to happen is my big toenail being cut way too short, injuring it, that's been tender and not growing anymore since my pedicure. While the massage, technician, and nail color were nice, it was not worth ruining my toenail that was fine before being cut too short. I said yes to a cut down but specifically asked for them not to be cut too short. Now I probably will need a doctor's visit to see if they can repair the damage that my pedicure here caused. They check forehead temps upon entering and their pedi chairs are spaced out well. Long wait for service.
Asked if I wanted to pay by card or cash. I said card, then they proceeded to say cash app or venmo. That was a disaster. Then I was somewhat scolded that I noted tips in the venmo description instead of just saying nails. Shouldn't have said tips because it sounds like I tipped them money. Ugh. ???? Ma'am I'm sure you know I didn't tip $50.
The man was rushing on my acrylics, half of them weren’t glued on properly. I came in complaining about having one of my nail replaced and he just gave me attitude. He also over charged me, usually it’s 25 for regular polish and a full set but he charged me 30. I was a loyal customer but I will not be coming back.
