Tatoo Tina got my ingrown toe nail that had been bothering me for a few weeks. She is awesome????????stop in and see her. Does a wonderful pedicure. Highly recommend her.
I walked in, told them I wanted dip, they handed me three rings of nail colors to choose from. I waited 35 min after picking out a color. Then when I was brought to a table and showed him the color he told me it wasn’t dip. So I said “ok, I picked out what you handed to me”. Then he started yelling In his language and then at me In English after he started filing my existing color off of my nail. He stopped and said I needed to wait longer. For WHAT? He yelled and messed up my existing color. I didn’t feel comfortable and he embarrassed me. So I left. I would NEVER recommend going here. Long wait and now I find it very TRASHY! DO NOT GO TO ORCHID NAILS IN HALES CORNERS, WI!!!
I suggested to my teen daughter that she have her nails done here because I previously had a great experience. She had her nails done here on Friday - 3 days ago. On SATURDAY, a tip popped off, not even 24 hours. The paint job is horrible and the shape of the nails is far too wide for the "natural" look she requested. We had to go somewhere else to get them fixed. I was embarrassed that I suggested this place. She was so excited but her experience here left us both very disappointed. What a waste of money. Also, the acrylic they use here causes our nails to burn, I've never had that happen before.
3 hours after my nails were done 1 nail cracked and 1 nail was separating from the dip - that’s unacceptable for a service that usually lasts on my nails for 3+ weeks. I went in the next day to give them an opportunity to fix it - instead of taking it off they glued my nail to the dip and on the crack filed it and put a clear coat on top, so I can still see the crack and I imagine it’s only a matter of time before the top layer cracks too. Unlikely that I will be back - too much money for a poor service.

Today was my 2nd time visiting Orchid Nails & Spa. I was just as happy with my first visit as I was this visit. Today I had a pedicure and was very pleased. The foot/leg massage was awesome. The place I had been going to seemed to skip steps in order to rush you out the door but not here. This will be my new forever nail salon.
This is my go to place for my nails! They are always friendly and my nails always turn out great!
