I've been here multiple times, never with an appointment and they always fit me in. When the owner does my nails they are perfect, he always makes sure they're exactly how I want them. This last time I had to take my two year old with me and he chatted with her and even gave her some M&Ms, we both felt comfortable and welcome.
Went for a powder dip and it was great. So i decided to make an appointment for me and my sister to get a pedicure and her a manicure the next day. They did our pedicures then said they don’t have time for a manicure. I explained that is what I made the appointment for. She became irritated and so I told her forget it. She just lost my money. Very disappointed. What is the point of an appointment if you don’t honor it?
The owner and his colleague (or co-owner, I’m not sure) were extremely friendly, polite, and were able to fit me in for an appointment on a Saturday afternoon when I called that same morning (on Purdue move-in weekend, no less). I felt very safe and comfortable with the precautions they took to ensure the health of themselves and their clients during this global pandemic. I’d highly recommend patronizing this business. Note that they are currently open by appointment only, and while they were very accommodating I’m not sure what range of times they take appointments.
They were super fast in getting me checked in a seated. Super clean! They definitely listened to what I wanted. My nails look amazing.
I called here to schedule an appointment for soak off and shellac manicure. The man on the phone tells me to soak off alone will be $15 dollars. Ok. No problem. I show up. On time. The man doing my nails starts telling me "how I should have shown up sooner because the soak-off takes a long time". Ok? Then you should have told me to come in sooner. Not my problem. After, I ask him for the total. He replied back "your total is $XX amount and I already told you about the 15 dollar soak off so there should be no issues paying it".... WHAT did you just say to me? Completely uncalled for and rude. I never once complained about the 15 dollar charge but apparently this man thought I was gunna take him for all he's got? Weird experience. Weird staff. Haven't been back since. Don't be so rude to your paying clients. Do better.
Very nice, clean salon with friendly staff with great customer service skills! I haven’t had such a nice conversation with a nail stylist! I had some chipping on a couple nails and they had me come back in and redid my entire gel set! They were happy to do it at no charge. Looking forward to going back :)
Such a great experience here! The staff was super friendly—I didn’t feel rushed to pick a color or specific service. My nail tech was very fun and helpful. They did a phenomenal job fixing my cuticles and calluses!
