It was great how they squeezed me in, even though they were really busy. I love the ability to get a yummy bubble tea smoothie from their shop next-door to enjoy at the same time! The only thing I would say they could do a little bit better is to take the time to massage the feet and toes and legs at least a little bit, not just to lightly apply the lotion. I’m used to that with the shop I used to go to for about 16 years, and it would be a really nice touch.
I’ve only used them once & my nails were terrible. Walked in two weekends in a row for a pedicure & they said they’re booked every time & can’t do it. Yet they have “WALK INS” on the door. Just save your time and go to Kansas City!
Cozy, reasonable prices, great service! I always coming walk-in and they have room. Clean and warm. Excellent for eyebrows too. My happy place. Best gel manicure in town.

Thought I made an appointment at this location but actually made it at another. They were super kind and still accommodated me.
called Saturday (5/8/21) morning to see if they had time for a pedicure. they were very busy but squeezed me in. i actually meant to go to JD but i’m INCREDIBLY glad i went to JT. the staff was so incredibly nice. my feet are rough from being on them all day and i’m 7 months pregnant. Kim took really good care of me, was incredibly kind and my feet look and feel amazing.
will 100% be going back to JT for my next pedi and every one after that! ❤️❤️
Not a bad place. 10 years since I've beenable to do my nails. I have excessive acrylic on several fingers where there should not be any. Nice people, minimal wait time. Will return to have this issue fixed.
Absolutely will NOT ever be going back!! I decided to try this place for the first time and literally left in tears. I made an appointment and showed up 15 mins early then they had a regular customer walk in at 5 mins till my appointment and they took her directly back but left me sitting there then did not listen to a single thing I asked them to do with my nails I asked for square they are round, instead of shaving off the broken parts they glued them back to my nail which didn’t do anything except put glue on my nail and then burn the end of my thumb after I warned him it was getting hot. I refuse to pay for this type of service and I refuse to be treated this way. You want to make a profit maybe listen to your customers. If I could give the person a rating it would be zero the man who came over to ask what was going on was so nice and very polite but the older gentleman who did my nails was not and did not care to hear what I said when it came to what I asked for he simply did whatever he wanted to do.
