I needed a gel mani because my regular tech at my salon wasn’t available- and since this salon is close by I tried it again for the 1st time in years.
-Note: I also am in the middle of chemo and was having a very rough day with side effects & my gel nails were chipped and peeling-
They got me in at my appt time, I told her that I needed something clear & long lasting because of my medical treatments & that I wasn’t feeling well at all today ….
They were AMAZING!! She got fans for me since I was feeling nauseous, suggested SNS as a better choice because it lasts longer, did a cuticle trim and mani at no extra charge and the nails turned out perfectly! I couldn’t have described to her any better than what she was able to do!!!
I love my current nail tech, but will DEFINITELY come here again!
I know that there are some not nice reviews on here for this place- but for every negative comment (since people are WAY more likely to post a negative review) there are 5 more who had a positive experience like I did.

This is the BEST place I’ve ever been for a mani/pedi combo AT THE SAME TIME, much less expensive than in TEMPLE, GA, and if you make an appointment, they’re ACTUALLY READY for you. Nail salon in Temple? You wouldn’t last 72 hours in Dunwoody, GA. Maybe you should model your business after a salon with great staff, owner remembers you, and I leave with a smile. Here? I leave angry, realizing that I just wasted my time, but at least I don’t waste my money getting my nails done in Temple!!!
The owner is extremely unprofessional. She was literally doing my nails. Got up and started doing someone’s eyebrows in the middle of my service and she did not wash her hands in between. She is extraordinarily rude. My manicure was trash as well. The attached photo is just 4 days after my manicure.

Rushed me from the moment I walked in ( close to closing time ) I called before coming to assure someone would be available first … water was cold that was filling the spa ????♀️ let her know , now I have a burn on my foot from telling me to put my food in with boiling hot water still running in the spa .. Don’t do it
They charged my card for one price. And two days later they charged my card for $100 more plus $10 tip that i gave in cash. When called to ask about it they acted like they didn’t understand English. And hung up on me. Never got my money back .
Jade Nail Spa is my go to when I can get in with my usual nail tech and I love them...they’re always clean.. polite and fast (will get you I n and out) but they don’t compromise on their work, you as a customer just have to be really detailed about what you want..,I always find it best to bring a reference picture but I like that they ALWAYS ask me what I think before moving on to the next step.
