In quick interaction Jeff seemed kind and apologetic.

They don’t take walk-ins. Must have appointment. Didn’t know that (no website) and in my experience not great at answering the phone. So if you try to walk-in like me, be prepared for a kind but firm no.

Sure other reviews are true and prone to believe it’s a great cut, but if you’re new to town make sure you have an appointment or - like me - look elsewhere.

I walked in 5 minutes after closing and Jeff says "you're in the door, so you're getting a good haircut" He was right. My hair was extremely long and curly and I have never had such a good haircut. The straight razer neck shave was simply icing on the cake. I will be going back every 4-6 weeks for as long as Jeff is in Wilmington.

As a first time customer I was very impressed with them. The environment is very relaxed and the staff are very friendly. Olivia did an absolutely amazing job cutting my hair. I will definitely return!!

I've been getting skin fades for the last 5 years, today Tim hooked it up with the cleanest fade I've ever gotten. He was very friendly, and you could really tell he enjoyed his craft. This is the barber shop environment/ experience you've been searching for.

So disappointing!!! I thought I would go to a new barber shop today after using the same one for many years. I noticed on the website that they closed at 1:00pm on Saturdays. I went by today at 12:40pm & found the door locked. When I looked in the window, I saw several people still cutting hair. As I was walking to my car, Jeff (I believe) opened the door & said they’ve closed at noon on Saturdays for a long time. I told him that the internet said they were open until 1:00pm today. He asked if I could come Tues, but I told him I wanted to get a haircut before church tomorrow, then he walked back in & locked the door. I’ll go back to the barber I’ve been using.

Love this place, finally found barbers that can actually cut hair the right way and for a decent price! Good haircuts
