This is the second time I’ve been to this nail salon. The first time my nails came out decent. I came in to get a full set. I asked for gel, but they used a UV gel instead of acrylic powder which was fine. I asked for a tapered square which is usually a semi coffin straight nail. When I went to pay it was $70 which is expensive for a basic full set and just gel polish. I got to my car and looked at my nails to see that my middle nail is completely crooked, not shaped how I wanted them. Bulky. My nails are not straight. The people were very friendly and a clean environment but the nail job was horrible.
Can in on a referral from a close friend. Very happy I did!
Service was great. Tiffany did an amazing job with my nails. Got my old acrylics removed so my natural nails could get some healing time. Asked for her to do a 4th of July themed set. And she did not disappoint.
Thank you!!! I’ll definitely be back!
This was not a good experience for me. I have been here before and have never had an issue. However, after the experience I had today I will not be returning. I got the dip powder (which I always get) and they are not smooth and have dips in them. I am extremely unhappy with the outcome of my nails after the amount of money I spent on them.
Please don’t waste your money. I got charged 55$ for “ Long & Big” nails that “Took a lot of work”. It was originally supposed to be 45$ because I did get gel polish. But what about this is “Big & long”? The nails aren’t even smooth or even. He also poorly shaped the very first one with round edges even though I told him short & Square. Also very THIN they use the least amount of acrylic they can so they do break easily, beware. Try at your own risk.
Terrible service. I asked for a dip in matte. My technician told me the only way he could do it is if I got the gel polish. I got the gel polish. Justin, didn’t do matte. At the end when I asked him about the matte. He proceeded to show me how to do it with a buffer and told me I could do it myself. He was very rough, as if he was taking his anger out on my nails. He didn’t shape my nails how I requested, they are very bulky looking. He then filed my nails after he puts on the gel and not even 24 hours later the gel polish is peeling off. I paid $60 for a basic full set with gel polish, no designs or anything. $60 for terrible service and poor quality work. The price does not reflect my nails or experience. It seems they care more about nickel and diming than the customer experience or good quality work. My friends and I won’t be coming back.
Finally found my nail salon!!! Took a year but I absolutely love how Tiffany did my nails and my husband and I went for pedicures last week and they were nothing short of fabulous. The salon is not just clean but beautiful and relaxing. Could not be happier!!!!
Me , my mom , & sister went to this place we’re we went for the second time because my moms nails turned , yellow from a matte top coat (that was recommended by an employee) . When we got there my mom let the lady know what happened she said well you didn’t ask for pink or a clear top coat to be put down and that it was a lot of work to change the color , so my mom let her know that it was a suggestion the employee gave her . Then we each got our nails done we just forgot about it and proceeded with the services . The lady who did my toes burnt my skin & my mom and sisters nail have gel nail polish bubbles on them cause they weren’t cured ( that’s on the ring finger of the nail in the picture) all the way yet we still payed $ 105 for me and my sister for a color change on my toes $40 and a full set for my sister with one solid color $65 and my mom pay $20 for color change .
Talk about being pampered! We were offered refreshments including wine options when we were seated, but the spa treatment didn’t stop there! I chose the CBD pedicure package with Andy, and it was amazing! It included a shoulder and scalp massage which was really relaxing! 10/10 recommend this place, all of the workers are incredibly nice. Just a great atmosphere that is worth every penny!
