Been going here a few years, the food is always good. Customer service is great, one time I had ordered take-out and after I left a lady came to my car to double check I had utensils which I thought was really nice. The only negative thing is that it’s hard to contact them. The phone line is always busy, I wish they had a website set up so I could order online.
They are under new management. I walked in I was greeted. The cook was eating with his hands no gloves on, No mask on And his mouth was juicy. And he was cooking at the same time. I saw that and I left and went to the Springfield diner. I will never will Come back to that establishment for anything. I was so disgusted. How are you eating And cooking people's food at the same time. I'm so sure his DNA fell in someone food. I could have been from OSHA Not to mention he didn't have no hair net on. You guys have to do better.
I will never get food here ever again. My husband ordered a steak dinner well done and nope still pink and bleeding. I also ordered 2 chicken tender platters and the fries were mushy and the chicken was as well. They were not fried well at all. Was told I had to wait until Tuesday for a refund. This is ridiculous!!!

This little hole in the wall place is amazing. For 8 people leaving with full bellies and leftovers to take home only $60. I highly recommend this place. The staff can seem a little intimidating but they are good people. They take care of those who take of them.
Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. I decided to take a co-worker and my mother-in-law to Jimmy's after hearing great reviews. We arrived and we were seated immediately. We ordered from the waitress and our food came out in a timely manner. However, my pancakes were very light (I like my pancakes on the darker side and I've never needed to request this anywhere else) as if they were on the grill for seconds but were done on the inside as they were thinner pancakes. Second, my home fries were under cooked and hard. Third, my scrambled eggs with cheese were also under cooked. When I and my mother-in-law made the waitress aware of our dissatisfaction (remarks including "Jimmy fell off") she told us not to say it loud or Jimmy would hear us and become upset. The waitress also explained it was under cooked because he is always rushing. As the owner of the establishment, there is no reason to become upset if customer's are being served UNDER COOKED food! I will not be returning and I did not enjoy my meal. Jimmy, please do not rush when cooking and be sure all food is cooked to standard before serving!
Me and my boyfriend arrived at 1:40pm on a Wednesday, the lady at the register told us they closed at 2pm. Although on their menu, Google, and the front door they have the hours listed as 6:30am to 3:00pm. My boyfriend and I were like "oh okay, well just leave then". However the lady said we could still order. So we did and I wish we did not. No one in the restaurant wore masks. They were not polite when taking our order and we felt rushed and like we were an inconvenience to them. Even though the lady told us we could order. The food was fine, nothing amazing. You can get better food and kinder service at Folcroft Diner. This was our first visit to Jimmy's and it will definitely be our last.
