They were incredibly rude. Tried to come 20 minutes before close once and it seemed to really upset them. I ended up not coming inside because I saw one of them using the dumpster and they don’t wear gloves so I was hesitant to go in. Definitely show up at least 30 minutes before close or they will hold a grudge and purposely mess up your brows. She started off my brows by burping really loud and didn’t say anything. She had finished but then went over a spot that 100% didn’t need to be touched, sure enough this made my brows obviously uneven. It seemed very intentional. The energy was terrible. She also charged me DOUBLE. Been coming here for years but this was definitely my last time.

I had let my eyebrows grow so I could get a thicker eyebrow shape since every time I went they made them thinner. The older new lady messed them up. She made one thinner and the other big now I have to go somewhere else and get them fixed. No wonder everyone was leaving when they saw that jiya wasn’t there
Jiya, the owner, did my eyebrows for 5 years before I moved out of the city! She's extremely quick, precise, professional, and her ability to shape my eyebrows was unmatched. My right eyebrow is slightly higher than my left, and she always found a way to make them look even! She would do my eyebrows and they'd look bomb for at least 3 MONTHS! I loved her work so much that I would call the salon in advance to see if she was there! She's truly an artist when it comes to the brows and I always left her salon more confident than I was when I came in!
Jiya is very professional, she threaded my eyebrows with perfection! She was very fast and my eyelashes lasted longer than most. Her prices can't be beat!
I used to LOVE this place. They always did good and the girls where always super nice. WELL not this time. I take super good care of my brows and this time she REMOVED my arch, blended the insides awfull and just RUINED my brows. They where rude and awful this time. I WILL NOT be returning and I will be telling my friends about this.
The workers are Indian, and they don't speak great English. It is very hard to understand what they say. They did an okay job of doing my eyebrows. They didn't get all of the hair even though that's what I paid for. They are very cheap though, I would recommend going elsewhere.
