Everyone there is awesome and does awesome work, Bryan has been my go to since I moved here. I sit down and let him choose my color and design. I'd absolutely be lost without him!
Took my niece here to get acrylics, priced at $32 a full set. When checking out they had so many extras added on we ended up paying double that. The nails themselves were crooked and sloppy. What we left with wasn’t worth $64, if I had looked at them before leaving I would not have paid for them in the first place. Employees have very little customer service skill to deal with complaints.
As long as Kayla nails is in business, they will keep me a happy person. The job they do on my nails & pedicure, actually Michael, he is awesome. Thank you for your hard work
My favorite nail place! Been coming to Kayla Nails for over 12 years now! - Editing to say that this place has gone downhill since Hau isn't there anymore. I even tried going back a few more times to see if it was just the tech, nope. I have multiple cuts as well as poor quality nails and they hurt me while doing my pedicure. Very disappointed and will not be back.
Michael did my nails & now I will go back monthly just too see him. He did a perfect job and really took his time which meant alot to me , most will try and rush through so they can get the next person in the chair. I took a picture with me of a idea I wanted. The first place I found in town I took the picture to said no which it was basic nails she was extremely rude and acted like I was asking her to do backflips (adore nails) don’t go there. I walked right out and walked into Kaylas. They were welcoming. He took my picture and he said he could do it but as he was doing my nails he came up with ideas, I told him I’m putting my trust in him. Welllll they came out AMAZING. The picture honestly doesn’t even do them justice, they’re stunning in person. I won’t be going anywhere else.
Love this place, the guy who done my nails spent so much time, I know alot of women like there nails done in a hurry, but slow n steady and done correctly is better for me, great job, thank you
Was advised by the man on the phone the day before that I should make an appointment as opposed to just walking in. My Mom was in for Thanksgiving weekend and it was also her birthday. We walked in and she was called first. I was called about 15 minutes later and didn't get to even sit next to her so we could chat. She then had to wait 15 minutes for me to get done. So that sucked. Also the staff speak a different language to each other, and barely talk to the customers. It's very off-putting. You can't even really talk to the technician doing your nails and so you just stay silent. Terrible and uncomfortable. This is a service industry and there is no getting off warmth and welcome. One of the technicians got a cell phone call that rang super loud and she was speaking her native language to what I'm assuming was her child all the while doing one of the customers nails! I tried to sit next to my Mom while drying my nails and the guy grabbed my purse and jacket from my chair and told me I had to move to the other side of the table away from her! What the heck!! I really wish I could swear on here, but this post would never make it for you all to see. The prices there are reasonable, and they do a quick, efficient job. I'll give them that much. I'm sure there are better places where you get a smile and a welcome nearby. It's considered rude to speak a language the customers cannot understand in front of them. Also the lady who did my Mom's nails took off her mask when she checked us out only to reveal a huge bruise on the entire left side of her face that she had tried to cover with makeup. That poor woman is coming to work after being abused. I would not support this place after seeing that.
Great place and friendly staff. Went on and had one of the best pedicures I've ever gotten.
